An amazing experience, considering the circumstances. Was home in Sweden due to the loss of my mother. Everything went smooth and it, even, arrived a day early. Ordered a package for my daughter living in Ireland. When I had done the order and got the label she told me that she changed her phone number and also wouldnt be home the date of delivery. Called customer service and got all the information I needed to handle the situation. All went well

absolutely useless
So, I arranged to have a very small document size parcel sent to London.
They took my money. I arranged to be home for the pick-up which should have been before 15:00
At 10:00am a rep called to ask if they could pick-up between 15:00 and 17:00
Needless to say they NEVER came, NEVER called. I called them, but OFC their office closed at 16:00
ABSOLUTELY USELESS
Impossible now for the parcel to reach the U.K. by tomorrow, as it will still be HERE tomorrow!!
Avoid these clowns. Use the DHL drop off service instead
