At first! They were great at service but now, it's like I have to message the CEO 10 times before he responds & ticket system is rubbish as nobody answers there. Even that response means nothing as he does nothing & the issue is still persistent.

Absolutely Pathetic!

Update: They have resolved my issue finally! I will update the review from 1 star to 3 star & wait for a couple of months before giving 5 stars to see if the service is still good.

Update (21/02/2024): Their service has been improved pretty nicely. Now, there isn't any sort of issue. Customer service is good. Any issue I get is resolved pretty quickly. Overall, hosting speed is great for the price. I can finally recommend them!

hosting is not working and ceo is wasting time and is not honest about failures coming from pakihostings side. Took me almost two weeks to get rid of problems with him. Use another company. Maybe its okay when you re from Pakistan but they are not prepared to act international. CEO even wrote a bad message in the dashbord after cancelling.

Their servers are fully well managed and optimized. I really recommend, even they can offer you free trial of the service. I am really impressed with their way of deal, all team having superb knowledge to handle and understand clients issues. They will never make you dulling and never ignore your concern, they will find and fix the issue ASAP immediately and permanently. I have many more Good words for them but I do not wana take more time from you. I just say they are best in Hosting Industry, if you want peace of mind you can try them.
