Your customer service person very…

Your customer service person very rude. There parts missing in the wheelchair i purchased On inquiry the the customer service (with very little english )very rudely told me to pick up the parts from the warehouse. When asked about courier of my parcel I was again told off and phone slammed. Never buy from this company. Bad service.

Bought off trademe

Bought off trademe. Bookcase very bad quality, looks so cheap that I'm giving it away. Might be alright for a kids playroom. Too many sellers like this are selling cheap rubbish.

Rubbish products

Absolutely disgusted at the quality of a storage unit purchased. It was not advertised as a second but it is absolute rubbish. Scratches, lamination peeling off, wouldn't even go together properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. Never ever again.

Disappointed by Unprofessional Conduct and Ethical Lapses at Paktec

Unethical people, with zero customer service. will force you to purchase in cash only to avoid GST. zero customer service, and no respect for customers, i would prefer to pay $20 more for simmilar products then buying through them.

As a conscientious consumer, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Paktec, which left me utterly dismayed and disheartened. My encounter with this establishment not only revealed a blatant disregard for professionalism but also highlighted their troubling lack of ethics and respect for customers.

First and foremost, the treatment I received as a lady customer was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I stepped foot into Paktec, I was met with condescension and dismissiveness from the staff. It was evident that my presence was not valued, and my inquiries were met with curt responses and impatient glances.

What truly astounded me, however, was the blatant encouragement to engage in unethical behavior. During my interaction with the staff, I was subtly coerced into paying in cash to ostensibly avoid taxes. This reprehensible suggestion not only speaks volumes about Paktec's disregard for fiscal responsibility but also underscores their willingness to flout legal and moral standards.

Moreover, the rudeness displayed by the staff was utterly unacceptable. Instead of fostering a welcoming and respectful environment, Paktec exuded an aura of hostility and indifference. Basic courtesies were conspicuously absent, and any attempts at communication were met with disdain.

In addition to their deplorable conduct towards customers, Paktec's lack of professionalism was glaringly evident. The disorganization and chaos within the establishment were palpable, further exacerbating an already unpleasant experience. It became abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for Paktec, as evidenced by their haphazard approach to service.

In conclusion, my encounter with Paktec was nothing short of a disheartening ordeal. Their unprofessional behavior, coupled with their disregard for ethics and rudimentary customer service, paints a damning picture of this establishment. As a consumer, I implore others to exercise caution when dealing with Paktec, lest they too fall victim to such reprehensible conduct.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience
Bought an egg chair from there and it faulty doesn't hold any weight and have hurt multiple people by flipping over, and after emails and calls took 2 months to get a response that i must return chair after a terrible experience of having to fetching it. Now i must return at my own expense for them to decide if the product deserves a refund
Never purchase an egg chair there or anything for that matter.

Never going to buy from this company…

Never going to buy from this company again! bought a dancing mat as a Christmas gift. After 2-3 times use, it went broken without showing anything on TV screen. When we tried to pull out RCA cables from the audio/visual sockets on the back of TV, the cable connectors (two) got broken into two pieces, half got stuck in the TV sockets! There is no way to get the pieces out, and I can't even use other devices on the TV because of the incident. When I contacted customer service by email and online chat, NO response at all! Be careful buying stuff.

Bought 2 tents from them seeing the…

Bought 2 tents from them seeing the description saying waterproof but it's not when it started to rain the water started to come in from all the stitched parts of the tent I highly recommend not to buy products of pak tech as the customer service is so bad as well all they care about is selling and also when I asked them to exchange the item they told me to put up the tent again and send them the picture of the leakage.i have instructed them to take the tent and they can put it up and see it them self as I don't have time to put it up again.

Bought a gaming table from this shop

Bought a gaming table from this shop. Delivered to the house damaged parcel open up the table steel legs was damaged. The cpu was missing in the box. The table top is very poor quality, the welding of the steel joints was just terrible as only two points welding for every joints suppose to weld the whole joints. Still can feel the sharp cutting edge. The rubber cover for the bottom closing suppose to cover 6 parts of the hollow steel but only had 4. Send him an email and he offer me 15 percent discount to suck up the missing parts and damaged parcel. I denied and sent it back to thewarehouse, he was not even there to discuss and after some email argument he refunded me with the minus 15 percent restocking fee as there are no damaged that he mentions. This guy is a scammer artist. Selling crap products.

The desk sent was not the one pictured

The desk sent was not the one pictured, it was a cheap copy of what was in the picture, it didn’t look even close to the the same. The desk was also badly damaged having very large visible paint chips on the frame of the desk. I sent photos and asked to return the desk for a full refund as it was not the desk I ordered and was damaged but they ignored that and emailed and wrote that they would be doing a 25% refund and are now ignoring my emails. BUYERS BEWARE They are using nice pictures but making cheap copies of the items, I am very unhappy! It has cost me a lot of money and I don’t have what I ordered.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Very rude, changing prices, adding fees rental for a cancelled order. Offering store credit but leaving a bad taste. Stay clear and be very wary of this company. First bad online shopping experience!!!!

I bought a kids ride-on car from this company last year. It works well at first but it is only for 2 months. It did not work after 2 months. I asked for a warranty since it has 3 month warranty. They said they will sort it out for me. It was last November I asked for a warranty. They still didn't give me any solution. The thing I am very upset is that they gave me a prompt reply whenever I sent them email and made me trust them. But what I get is nothing. They just made me waste my time and energy. Last night they sent me email that they will sort my problem out which they have been telling me for 4 months. Don't buy kid ride on car from this store. If it is not working, they won't do anything for you. I will file this case to consumer protections.
