What a terrible experience. You need to pay 180€ if you fill up with your own canister. The customer service fail to answer your calls when you call them and then they blame it on you. Do not order from them. They also Don't give services in any other language than Finnish.

So, I booked a van from Pakkukympylä and I had to increase booking time. I called them and asked to increase the time for 1 more hour. They sent me an invoice another day for 15 Euros for extra time that I used and I thought that, normally when invoices are sent, they have couple of days for deadline but this was not the case. The invoice did not have erapaiva(deadline) but I paid it after 5 days of receiving the invoice. After two weeks they sent me 95 euros of fine saying that I paid the invoice late. I tried to call them and talk but they don't care at all. They are a total scam. Even the invoice was paid late, 95 Euros penalty for paying the invoice which was paid 5 days after receiving it? They are scammers and never use the service.

Also there's a detailed news about this company in iltalehti which I wish, I had seen it earlier. It's not for one person but they are scamming so many people. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE.

Weather was terrible and van seemingly didn't have winter tires. Handbrake got stuck and we couldn't release it, had to ask someone for help. Got charged 110euros extra when we returned the van FOUR minutes late and dealt with rude costumer service. Total SCAM.

Avoid at all cost, the van smelled like puke and was dirty. Tank was not full when we got it, but no one avail on phone and hard to argue with key automat. We returned the car in time and tank full, but got few weeks after baseless invoice. They tried to get us pay hundreds of euros for diesel, that's absolutely not acceptable. Don't use them!
