Paladone Are Great!
Paladone are great. The products are good quality, packaged and designed well and came in near-prefect condition. A few technical hitches on the website but these things happen. My only gripe is the use of UPS, I find them to be about as much use as Yodel. Nonetheless, I'm really happy with Paladone.

Waiting ages ages not good communication
First time ordering understandable some delays due to covid19 order and my payment went through no problems changed delivery address was sent to orinaly address though asked neighbours none them named as Phil name guy I was give refused delivery sent it bck (all neighbours shop would taken parcel in) take few emails get some response back still have my payment and the goods . Said whare house send out to delivery address again ( made me check said I should check details before ordering which I did was correct) said be here today waited in both address NOTHING STILL arrived no tracking or anything another email sent been coming up to one month now (understand situation but more communication between customer say been dispatched etc and my be tracking number like DPD and postoffice and yodel do be nice)

Fab gift ideas
Really good website and they have a good selection of goods which my son loves so great for quality gift ideas. My order showed up within a week of ordering, delivered by hermes during CV-19. Dropped a star as the ordering system didn't send me a confirmation email (not sure if that's a side effect of using paypal?) and one of the item's gift box was squashed in the corners.
