so I brought some stickers made by this…

so I brought some stickers made by this company as a gift and when I opened them I saw lots of the gadget stickers had rubbed off onto the plastic packaging, a little gutted because my little brother would have loved these

I am so sorry you are dissatisfied with your purchase of Paladone products. If you have not purchased the items direct from us, the first place you should go to obtain a refund/replacement is the company who sold it to you. Usually, if you provide the retailer with a receipt and the faulty product, they will reimburse you as long as you are within their usual returns period.

Ordered 3 mugs - would recommend

Good price & a lot of good deals on. Delivered a lot sooner than expected considering it’s December! Would definitely buy from here again & even recommended to a few other people.

Ordered a travel mug as a Christmas…

Ordered a travel mug as a Christmas gift. Abit spectacle as was a great price. But could pay via PayPal so felt abit more reassured. But then the item come 5 working days after order. Great quailty. Very happy with my purchase. Would recommend, and definitely be using again.

The customer service at Paladone has replaced damaged present

The customer service at Paladone has been second to none. We had a damaged retirement present which although not bought directly from Paladone, they agreed to replace with something else by return. The customer service officer has been really amazing. Thank you, this means a lot to us and especially my husband whose present it was.

Can’t replace bulbs!

I got the NES lamp, and the bulb broke after a month. It’s not replaceable... If you’re considering buying from them, make sure to check things that you’d expect should be obvious, like replacing light bulbs in a lamp!

I have checked the lamp and the bulb should last a good 15 years so I think you must have a faulty one especially as the bulb has broken.

Not very good

Not very good, had codes for offers, was told to place my order and my discount codes would be processed by them. But it was a false promise, as they would not do the discount after my order was processed. However my items I bought were received and were fine.
