I recently bought a pack of dog treats with rabbit flavor. At first, I noticed the smell wasn’t quite right, so I reached out to the manufacturer. They responded very quickly and handled my concern with great professionalism. Soon after, they sent me another pack, and this time the aroma was perfect and my dog loved it! I really appreciate their excellent customer service and the fact that they stand behind their product. Highly recommended!

My very fussy standard wire haired dachsund loves Pala raw air dried, hes eating it with relish in put chicken lamb fish or turkey with it lightly cooked and hes eating really well now 😄 im so pleased as he was being a real pain with his food.
I get mine from Brown's and delivery is fast and the food is always very fresh, I highly recomend this food.

The international delivery ist always super fast, i mean 3-4 days. My dog loves Pala products, however he‘s quite picky. I‘m super happy we found Pala. Such good quality alternative for frozen BARF, which my dog never liked. I only wish Pala was available in stores in Switzerland :)

My dog loves this food. It is convenient to store, package contains smell inside. Zip is in good quality and do not broke while using.

Purchase process was easy and delivery fast. Our pupper is really enjoying his christmas snacks. We have used Pala snacks for training since he joined our family.

I really wanted to love this brand. Their marketing is impressive, the packaging is great, and the ingredients look excellent on paper. But my dog simply refuses to eat the food. I even gave it a second chance and ordered another large batch with different recipes — same result. She also wouldn’t touch the highly promoted cheese sticks. It’s a premium-priced product with a promising formula, but unfortunately it just didn’t work for my dog.

Very nice Christmas calendar! Surprisingly big treat bags and enough to have every day a nice training session for our two little dogs. We love this calendar!

We were very satisfied with Pala food. After all, the dog likes it.

I still have not received my shipment.
FedEx did not even notify me that it is at the pick-up location! I had to call with great difficulty talking to a human. Terrible just Terrible. I will pick up the shipment tomorrow. Acs is 1000 times better and with 24 hour pick-up locker points. Please look into this. 13 € for shipping and to receive after 15 days seems a bit long.
