I was getting monthly calls
I was getting monthly calls, not any more. They were calling me during the work day & it's very hard for me to take a call during this time. I have not heard from anyone for a few months except to do this review. I probably should have made it 2 stars but the people I've talked to have been very nice.

It was always hard to understand the…
It was always hard to understand the people you needed to talk to most of the time. What they will not tell you is how much money they get to take from what you are paying to hope make things better for yourself. If you want to stop the program all that money will go to them that you have paid in. You are paying more to the company then to the debt you are paying off. As I thought I read everything correctly I did not. They make it hard for you to get information sent to them. Same questions that one has answered and still nothing would change. I'm sure they might have to ask these questions but a week apart I am sure nothing has changed. I am coming to you to help me get things on track better but now I know there are better places and ways to do this.

I was told how much I needed to deposit…
I was told how much I needed to deposit to pay off one of my creditors and when I did, you did not pay them off but told me I had to deposit even more money to cover the pay off. Three different times I was told the amount and then it was not true. I was and am very upset that this happened and I learned that I can not trust what your company tells me.

Peaceful and easy
Pine is doing a great job with my overdue credit cards and bundling them to one payment. I wish I could go quicker but if I had more money, I would actually put more money in and maybe that will help hopefully soon.

i didn't like how you didn't settle my account in a more timely manor and didn"t get much off then you wanted to jump my payment 700 dollars a month that the lady told me was just alittle bit not to me and now i'm unsure what will happen to the new one i'm scared

Almost debt free!
This entire process has been a positive experience, I’m glad that I chose debt consolidation with palisades legal group versus bankruptcy, I feel like Nov 2026 is literally right around the corner and I couldn’t have done it without palisades guidance .

Negotiations saved very little
Negotiations saved very little. The amounts settled were same or more than originally owed due to additional interest. Had a sherriff sow up at my house 3 times. Would not recommend

It seems that after all was set up I was getting msgs from different people which was somewhat confusing emails were sometimes answered when I8 had questions sometimes not I guess I was not really understanding of the fact that Pallisade was really only part of the package and that Fourth was the other part of it when it came to asking who between the two certain things/questions.
Other than that I feel it was a good experience.

They do all the legwork to get debts settled. They make it easy and as painless as possible. I'm on the fast track to being debt free. And for at least 30% less than my total debt!

You were supposed to take care of the bills that I signed up for Instead I was garnished and ended up paying the bill myself. I have paid off 3 of the bills that your company contracted to take care. Also I have asked for a printed copy of the contract weeks ago and still have not received it

Look for another solution if possible.
It was a mistake going through this company. At the beginning was ok for the smaller debts but the last one which was larger has just got settled. I was supposed to be finishing the program next year but they added another year because of fees,and the length of time it took to settle,ect. If I would have known they would do that I would have looked for another solution. Beware!
