Did not respond to a pending court…
Did not respond to a pending court hearing because they mixed up to files. One from October which should have been closed and one from December. The December court case was missed. Bottom line, it cost me extra money. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

So far they have settled over half of my deits and have kept me updated all the way. If everything keeps going this way till they are all settled I will give the 5 stars. They have been a big help to me in resolving my credit card debit.

Frustrating....
My husband has been calling every day, and they keep giving him the run around, we just paid a one time payment to get the creditor of our back since palasade did nothing to help out, and when we called back to ask if the payment went though they said we still owed more money. WTh..where did our one time payment go?? Very frustrating. We are trying to save money now we are spending more money and it's going into their pockets. We asked to speak to a manager and they said there are no manager to talk to.. 😡

Still waiting for Palisade to release the power of attorney.Palisade hasn’t sent me another letter releasing the power of attorney. The debtor refuses to help me without it .Im just trying to pay it off .It shouldn’t take 3 1/2 months for a simple letter .

I never had any problems with my debt collectors my payments were able to be reduced, and I could always talk to someone from the group or email at anytime to get help or ask question
