Palladiodoorcollection Reviews

The door fitter company wouldn’t come and see my door as I was experience draft problems. Palladio came out and fixed the seal and even mentioned it was sticking a little (wasn’t a problem as we didn’t really notice it) however they sorted that problem out and it opens and closes like a dream now.

They came at the time they said they would and even message in the morning to say they’re on route and on time.

Friendly polite people.

EDITED
I have edited and reassessed my star rating of my review in light of the Aftersales team reaching a successful resolution to my problem.

I am over two years emailing, messaging etc
My door is warped from install, the wind and rain comes in the door. I have to Tuck blankets around the door. The locking system doesn't work from the outside! Palladio came out to have a look, they adjusted the door so the lock works from the outside, but the door may aswell be open with the breeze that blows in!
The once black door is now a light grey in spots, I was told oh the sun must shine on it! The beading around the window gasket are pulling away inside and out! The guy from the factory said, " Oh, thats okay thats only cosmetic"
Aww sure thats okay then! It wasnt his few thousand that paid for the door
AVOID, AVOID,AVOID at all costs because the warranty you get with your door is useless if they just keep ignoring you. CCPC and the small claims is the next stop, but the small claims wont even cover the cost of the door.

Edited... l did get a call out from Palladio Doors, l think it took about TWO Years plus from first complaint before someone called out.

Absolutely love our new front door! The quality is fantastic and the whole installation was so smooth and straightforward. Would really recommend Palladio Door

Absolutely delighted with our new Palladio door. Great quality and beautiful design! Excellent service from start to finish with @ayrshiretradeframes

Door never been right since installation. Draughty, weather seals bulge down the closing side, thumb turn impossible to lock if door is weathertight. All in all not a patch on Apeer door I fitted on my last home.

Best door on the market. Secured, strong with double rebated and triple glass makes a difference. All staff are very helpful.

I had Palladio front and back doors fitted six years ago, and they’ve been excellent. The quality has held up beautifully, the style still looks great, and the price was well worth it. I’m genuinely delighted with them.

Absolutely love my Palladio door! So sleek and modern. Built to last us a lifetime 😍 the frosted glass in our window is also the perfect amount of privacy we need while also letting the light in! Highly recommend

I love my Palladio door. Such good quality and the colour and style is so beautiful.

My Palladio front and back door look great. Providing great insulation from the Northern Ireland weather. Also plenty of local companies to choose to fit them - all very professional so I got 3 quotes and would have choose any of them. The colour selection is fantastic and I am looking forward to displaying my wreath. Would recommend 100%

Great quality and selection of doors, smooth installation, and helpful service.

We have been fitting Palladio doors since 2011! best quality product on the market. The good things is that Palladio doors are proactive in improving their product. This includes improved locking and upgraded ironmongery as well as adding new colours, new door designs and new glass choices. Also a first class Business Manager for Scotland and great after sales team.

Highly recommend Profile Developments. Easy to deal with, excellent customer service and a superior product also. Good colour range, that they are focused on growing.

Palladio doors are exceptional throughout. We have supplied many of them for our customers with no issues. Customer service is also very very good.

I’m a door installer for 30 years and Palladio doors are the doors I would fit ond only from profile development supper storing door never had any issues with the 100s of doors I have fitted and always helpful on any enquiries I have had. You can’t go wrong here

High quality doors with an endless selection of designs and colours. Brilliant customer service also, highly recommend palladio doors.

We very very rarely have any issues with these doors from an installers perspective, they are extremely high quality and well made, which is why we swapped away from our previous composite door suppliers and have never turned back, we're constantly approached by other manufacturers offering their products but we've yet to be convinced that there's a better door out there in the UK than what Palladio offers
