Terrible service and very unprofessional couriers to deal with.. I have been waiting for a refund from this company for weeks and after numerous emails I have be ignored. Will be taking action.!
So please customers be advised and BEAWARE..!

Don't waste your time with P4D.
Booked my pallet collection last Wednesday, for Friday pick up.
Guess what: nobody turned up to collect.
Raised a ticket & got a reply on Sunday saying they couldn't find any details for the collection & could they have my email address (the one they sent the reply to might be a good start).
Tomorrow is the delivery day & the pallet hasn't even been collected.
I think I could grow my toenails faster than P4D replies!

Pallets4Delivery has just recently been taken over by Lauren, and I couldn't be more grateful and impressed with the customer service. There were a few delays with the collection, but each and every time I reached out for an update or some assistance she was always extremely helpful and from start to finish kept tabs for me and updated me whenever there was a new development, would highly recommend using this company especially for the outstanding customer service provided. Thank you Lauren.

Thankfully the parcel which was in my passage for weeks has now been returned thanks to this brilliant company l made a mistake with the size of pallet l booked and thanks to a lovely lady called Lauren sorted everything out for me I highly recommend this company this was the first time l have returned a large item and l will definitely use them again thank you

I wasn’t sure I would get my pallet returned in time only having just realised the item had to be returned within 30 days, I literally only had three days and it was already late afternoon. It was the first time I had returned something on a pallet and it was quite daunting. Lauren took me through my choices, I could prepare the pallet or the driver would. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the collection was not made on the day I thought it would be, not surprising in the current climate. However, Lauren worked late and followed the collection and delivery through, my delivery was upgraded FOC, it was collected and delivered as promised within 3 days. Communication was fantastic, I was kept updated by Lauren and my emails were answered promptly. I would definitely use them again. I understand Lauren has just taken over the company, great Customer service Lauren!

DO NOT USE P4D – THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR PAYMENT BUT LACK ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I shipped a pallet to Holland on the basis of a 3 day delivery promise. When it didn’t arrive I chased P4D and was told that due to failed delivery 2 days prior I had to pay a £24 penalty before delivery could be re-scheduled. My client confirmed there was never any attempt made to deliver on the date claimed by P4D which is reinforced by the fact that no supporting evidence was ever presented despite written pledges to do so. P4D has also failed to reply to my formal complaint and frankly their customer service is non-existent (they also do not answer their phones). My shipment was effectively held to ransom pending payment of a spurious penalty and in summary it was clearly a ruse to extort money. My shipment eventually arrived a week late!
