Good experience
I had a good experience with Palma Riders. The service was good and there were no issues with scams, as some reviews had suggested. The only thing was that the scooter and its accessories were a bit old.

It's a scam
It's a scam, they charged us a lot of money and the motorcycles didn't work well. We called the manager several times, and they did not listen to us.
It has been a disaster; a friend already warned us of the problems with this rental company.

Very bad experience with Palma Riders.
Booked online with Palma Rider and paid reservation fee a day before pick up and return at the airport. Confirmation received and all in order.
They messaged me via WhatsApp asking for my credit card details so they collect all remaining hiring charges, plus the security deposit before I even arrive Palma. otherwise I will have to go to Pastilla branch to pay if I have to pick up my scooter from the Airport. I arrive Palma airport there was no office to make them the remaining payment and there was no scooter to pick up per the reservation confirmation.
In fact, this company doesn't have any representation at Palma airport!
My bank is working now to refund my my reservation they deducted to confirm my booking.
