Does this look like melanoma?

The thing i strongly dislike about this company is simply their business practices. I have fair skin, but need SOME small, almost trivial amount of uv exposure for healthy skin. But they only will sell MEMBERSHIPS... WHICH COERCES you to use the xxxxed things when you don't need to, which is NOT HEALTHY.

I HAVE used the place twice in 6 months, and recently just changed my bank card... and they'll not be in on the new number. I didn't see a cancellation button on the bill that comes, I can't leave a message, so that's that.

It's another class action waiting to happen. I hate being pressured into something i know i don't need. A tanning membership is up there with an extra set of armpits... just let people buy single tans, when they NEED them. ...go ahead and inflate the price. It's better (for us, not you) than paying month after month, which you'll gladly take for nothing. That's a real irritant... worse that that weird black mole on my face... oh no!
Oh, and another thing with the membership, is the several pages of legalese which is tantamount to you signing away from any chance of a claim, even if they nuke you with a plutonium lamp... lol.

I suggest doing something better for your body, like a health club, or a CIGAR CLUB. At least you can hold on to the cigars even if you don't want to smoke them... and generally, the cigars don't smoke YOU. Case in point!

I used to love going tanning at Palm…

I used to love going tanning at Palm Beach Tan until recently. I called them on the phone a little over a week ago, because I lost my debit card. The lady I talked to was really rude and she kept talking over me. I was able to give her my temporary debit card information over the phone, and she said it was approved. I was never charged for August which I thought was strange. Now I owe them a fee. I won’t be going back it’s not worth the hassle. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

5 Weeks all machines broken down

I have belonged to PB Tan in Scottsdale AZ for a number of years and use there spray tan machines. In the past year all of there machines have been broken for a total of 5 weeks. They try to send you 30 minutes away to another location which is ridiculous. Finally today I called to ask for the manger and they refused to put me through to speak with her/him. I discontinued my membership after this rude interaction. Perhaps they are financially unable to maintain their machines. Buyers beware.

Recently I'd gone into Palm Beach Tan…

Recently I'd gone into Palm Beach Tan in Bentonville Arkansas were I've had a account for a couple of years. I had just had a very nice lunch were I had 2 glasses of wine. I expressed to the woman behind the counter that I was having a nice afternoon and wanted to tan. My account was on hold at that time. My monthly charge before being on hold was 49.00 plus tax. At that time there was 10 days left in the month. The woman said it would be 21.89 for the remaining days. I responded that sounded like a rip off. The conversion continued and she offered me a up grade that would cost 107.50. This would allow me to use any tan bed through this December. I did pay both amounts and went into a room to tan. When I left the police were waiting for me to arrest me! The employee's told the police I was wasted! So 2 glasses of wine and I think they thought that because I said the remark about a rip off that they could INSULT my right to lunch and 2 glasses of wine by calling the police. NO ARREST OR TICKET WAS GIVEN. YOU INSULT EVERY AMERICAN WHO WANTS TO ENJOY THEMSELVES AND DID NOT BREAK A LAW. PEOPLE BEWARE OF YOUR RIGHTS AND ANY ESTABLISHMENT THAT STEPS ON YOUR RIGHTS
