Sent us wrong article. Even after numerous emails with "Emma", we were always only told that customer service would look into it. The company is based in Netherlands, not as assumed in Switzerland (website with .ch).
Til now, 2 months after our order, we've never got an explanation about why they wouldn't send the correct article, which we paid for.
Lost our money and are deeply saddened by being scammed - that's what it feels like.
