The app is great, speaking to the coaches really helped me to understand my own blockers and what i could do to overcome them using other features on the app.

Great discovery - real wellness coaches available on an app!
Been doing the trial and found it pretty impressive being able to speak to qualified coaches. Got the advice I needed and started mapping out my journey to improve further....Will be staying on with subscription as they allow you to check in at any time for motivation/ guidance. So far so good - recommend to try!
