Easy ordering, quick delivery, value for money.
Purchased for a 60th birthday gift so not presented to recipient yet.
My only suggestion would be to maybe put in a slightly deeper box as it does tend to keep wanting to pop open.

I ordered a hamper for my friend’s birthday. The ordering process was easy and the hamper arrived right on time. My friend was absolutely delighted with it,
mentioning how beautifully it was packed. Highly recommend!

My daughter was delighted to receive her lovely gift however there was a mixup with the delivery. After paying for express shipping, the next day I receive a notification from Pamper Hampers to say “delivered 2 hrs ago” so I contact my daughter and nothing has arrived. Then I get an email at 7.45pm that night from Australia Post telling me delivery was next day! Very disappointed that the gift wasn’t a surprise for her!

Ordered "His and Hers Lovers Pamper Hamper", for my son and daughter in law on the 17/04 (wasn't cheap). It's the 28/04 and my children are still waiting for the gift to arrive, Australia post is telling me it should be arriving sometime this week ending 05/05. Really!!!! Your company should have advised and explained with your free postage that delivery may takes so long. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Address was not changed. Yes there was one public holiday in between, but my children are still waiting for the parcel. That is still not excuse.

Matt, the owner rectified everything and it was all to do with Australia Post. My son will be super happy with his gift even though it is over a month late. Thank you Matt you are awesome. 

I sent a hamper to my daughter who was unable to be with us for Christmas just as a special treat for her to enjoy and share with others on the day. The hamper was amazing. She really loved it, as did the others who got to partake in the goodies :) The parcel was on time and beautifully presented. Thank you and I will be using your services again!

No notification that a parcel had been tried to be delivered
No notification that it was waiting at the Post Office
My mother who has gifted this to me in time for Christmas is deeply upset and disappointed
She lives in another state

I am deeply disappointed that there was a serious lack of notification
I could have retrieved that parcel from the Post Office in time for Christmas had I known

Perfect candles! I’ve looked for them everywhere! The dressing gown is lovely, only issue is one size fits all and would love a plus size option.
