If possible I would give so-called 'Pamper' parties by Aimee no stars at all!
I am disgusted that you would let down a group of excited little children the day before the party!!

No communication after you cancelled!!

Happy to take your money with no chance of getting it back!
THIS IS A SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Before booking this business, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I paid £280 in advance for a children’s pamper party which was cancelled by the provider the day before it was due to take place. Despite being told a refund would be issued, no refund was ever received from the business.

There was no response and no resolution provided. Being left out of pocket after a last-minute cancellation, especially when booking something for a child’s special occasion, was extremely disappointing and stressful.

I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before making any upfront payments

I had my daughters 7th party with her , it wasn’t what was advertised, £40 a head for 2 young girls sat down that can do the girls hair or nails on request .
No actual party organisation, no games , no trying to organise anything, just hanging around . We complained their and then , told to pay the young girls & told a refund will be agreed and issued Monday , after many e mails and phone calls , we got Blocked . She promised a refund , but as expected , nothing arrived . Do Not Use This company !!

I wish I’d read these reviews before booking….DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS unless you want a completely unprofessional service, 2 young ‘hosts’ were sent who turned up late, didn’t organise themselves or the girls at the party, the cat walk was a bit of material thrown on the floor causing the girls to slip all over, half of the things they were meant to bring ie the chocolate fountain which I’d told everyone was coming, it was a huge waste of money at £40 per head!

I complained to Aimee who said I should pay anyway and would arrange any refunds on the following Monday…DO NOT BELIEVE HER!! I have called and emailed many times, she blanks me apart from if I call from another number. She has agreed to refund my £90 deposit and yet it never arrives, I can see this seems to be a regular pattern!

Genuinely shocked at how bad her response has been which is the worst part of all, no way to run a business

Moral of the story use someone reputable and read reviews first, genuinely feel scammed by this person, I hope it doesn’t happen to others

Hiya I’m so greatful for the 2 party hosts that done my 9 year olds birthday party it was absolutely amazing everything we expected couldn’t thank them enough I highly recommend the booking was super easy and all communication was brilliant throughout the whole party thankyou Aimee for making it so special my daughter loved it!

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Aimee agreed to refund my deposit after cancelling within an hour of sending the deposit. I have had several promises agreeing to send the money but it’s not materialised.
She has now stopped replying to me. I have had no choice but to go through a debt recovery company.
Not a professional company do not use.

Everything was perfect! Ellie went above and beyond to make sure all the kids had a great time. The birthday girl was so happy, and it meant the world to see her smiling. Ellie was incredibly kind and caring, especially given the birthday girl’s condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Ellie and Aimee.

I saw a couple of other posts around people losing deposits and cancellations. We never had that experience. Ellie arrived on time. I paid a deposit and the rest before the event. We had to move dates and they were nothing but accommodating

THIEVES. Stole an £80 deposit from me and have not returned it despite repeatedly promising to do so. DO NOT USE. Anyone notice a pattern here?!

My daughter had a wonderful pamper party at the weekend for her 10th birthday. Aimee contacted me a week before to check everything and then contacted me on the day of the party to let me know that Becky was on her way. I mentioned to the hostess Becky that my daughter was quite shy so she made sure to keep checking in on her throughout the party to check that she was having a good time. We chose the chocolate spa party and Becky did so much with the girls, painted their nails and toe nails, face mask, hand massage, chocolate fountain, chocolate milk, non alcoholic fizzy drink to toast the birthday girl and catwalk. My daughter and her friends will remember this for years to come. Thoroughly recommend it.

Booked a party for my daughter, paid the deposit and had to cancel on the same day as the date did not work for me. Their policy says if you cancel within 24hours, full deposit will be refunded. Sent numerous reminders for the refund, and was ignored. Lost my money, complete scam, DO NOT BOOK!

I booked my daughter’s 8th birthday party with Aimee, while I was 32 weeks pregnant she cancelled on me the day before the party! She told me she would refund my £100 deposit which I agreed however this never appeared despite lots of messages promising it will be done “today” until finally she ignored me!
I filled for a CCJ which is now permanently on your credit file so jokes on you I hope it was worth it.

I booked a party 7 months in advance but week after booking my life took an unexpected turn, which meant I needed to cancel party. After speaking with Aimee to sort something she agreed to refund me. After the agreement the refund never arrived and I then was ignored!! Not only had a lost my money but I had lost the chance of the party just been kept in place till closer too if my situation had changed!! After all the trying to make contact I just gave up if that can make a person happy doing something like that then they are not worth the time! I would not Eva book any party at all with this company or trust them to see if through! I certainly would not want to do business with a company that just ignores you and the owner that clearly doesn't even care about there customers. Think twice before booking!

Let me tell you about our amazing experience with Pamper Parties by Aimee. The joy on the little girls' faces was a sight to behold. Esther was a hit with the girls, answering all their questions with a smile. The atmosphere was so relaxing; even the moms and dads were thrilled. With her utmost patience, Esther did their nails, sprayed glitter in their hair, and applied glitter tattoos, which had the girls in fits of laughter. We opted for the taster pack, which was a perfect choice as it allowed the girls to experience a little of everything. The birthday party was fun and fabulous, especially the chocolate dip. Thank you, Esther and Aimee, for making our day so much fun.

Oh, by the way ... It was mobile. Pamper parties by Aimee came to us, and it all happened at home; we didn't have to go anywhere.

Please avoid this company. Took £520 for two staff to cater for a party for 12 children. Not only did they not turn up but they kept saying they were 5 minutes away. Building the hopes of little girls is so cruel. So far no refund has been made despite saying it would be. Dreadful

UPDATE - still no refund. Aimee has removed my honest Facebook review and blocked me on Facebook and Instagram. She thinks she is going to get away with it but she will not. I just can't believe that someone who works with children would do so much to hurt and disappoint them. Its cruel.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This company failed to turn up to my daughter’s birthday party today. Aimee ignored my calls and when she finally answered she sounded drunk. I was told the party host was “seconds away” but she never showed up. I have been told I will get a refund today but so far, no refund. I paid £520 in total. This woman is a mother herself. She may think she is getting away with scamming parents out of their hard earned (and saved) cash but she is actually letting the children down and ruining their day. This is something that my daughter has been really looking forward to and it was a real treat as it’s very expensive. I won’t forget the look on her face when I had to tell her that she wouldn’t be having the party she had hoped for. This is someone who lies and just doesn’t care. She should be embarrassed and ashamed of herself. I won’t rest until I get my money back so I can make it up to my daughter. Do not book with Aimee, you’ll only end up being ripped off and your child upset and disappointed. Shame on you Aimee!!!!!

I booked a party on 28th April 2024 with the host (suspect) for my daughter.

Unfortunately, the party is cancelled on the day with an excuse of her team involved in a very serious car crash. So she promised she will make a refund and even offer a small present to my daughter.

I, in the first place, thought this is the case and I give her some time to sort things out and not doing the refund yet. But until now, it is nearly a month, and I still don't get the money back. she keeps saying she will but of course it’s not happened yet and again don’t think it is going to happened.

In this case, I have an impression this is a scam and this is why I sent this message in order to make sure there is no more victims falling in the trap.

We recently had a Chocolate pamper party for our 10 year old, with 10 of her friends. We were a bit worried in advance of the day as we noticed a few negative reviews and it seemed that they were trying to cover a lot in the two hours, but we were really impressed with the session. Two ladies hosted for us, they managed the whole thing really efficiently and my husband and I were able to actually relax and enjoy ourselves while the girls were all pampered. They loved the chocolate fountain and milkshakes and Beckyñ and Esther were very much in control. They made sure our daughter was centre of attention and they worked with our layout and needs. All in all very happy and the party was described as epic by guests 😊

Booked for my daughter’s birthday, had little communication. When I questioned how the children would be kept entertained I was told 2 entertainers would attend so the girls would be kept busy. RUBBISH!! When the entertainer came on her own I questioned this, she looked surprised and said she always did it herself!!
Obviously she could only do one thing at a time eg paint nails so it was left to us to entertain the girls.
There was no present for my daughter, no music, no photos and no catwalk!!!!
DO NOT BOOK this company, I cannot stress it enough. I was told by email I would get a refund, 7 days later still nothing.

Awful experience for my nieces birthday party AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Was promised 2 hosts only 1 arrived and she was miserable, unfriendly and wasn’t interested in engaging with the girls!
No pedicure, manicure, music or present for my niece which was part of the package costs!
Complained to Aimee who promised a refund on Monday which was 1 week ago!! Still no refund or response and my review on Facebook deleted!!
Absolute scammer DO NOT BOOK!!
