If only less a star was possible.
My partner and I were given a table without reservation. We were treated visible different. PAM said that she choose what to serve us which we were actually excited about, however this changed after we found out that even those that have reserved a table, do not choose their dish before hand.
Red flags at this restaurant way before we spent over two hours there. We ordered a glass of "In-house pink lemonade memosa" each, and she brought us a bottle of rose??. Surprised that maybe she didn't hear correctly, she told us that we have to pour for ourselves and we can take the bottle with us. I asked how much, and she responded "I don't know. 200kr or so" snd by the way the rose was the in house lemonade memosa. Mind you, drinks were the only thing we could choose ourselves and that was not an option. We ended up asking for water and giving the bottle of rose back.
Here is the kicker, we waited for over an hour for our main dish, and the other table who arrived 45min after us receives theirs first. We were expecting splendid food, and the only praise here is in the sauce which we regreted not ordering vegan because it was served with the type already cut and cooked FROZEN PIECES of CHICKEN that one buy in supermarket!!!!! What a shame!!!! Certainly not worth over 500kr for two people.
We had fufu (a famous african dish), and I must add that I was born and raised in Africa myself, and it was a disappointment.
To top it off, Pam had an attitude towards the guys that was supporting her with serving.
We should have left like other tables around us. This restaurant have so much potential but a long way to go.
