Customer service of Panasonic heating and cooling of Finland is disgusting. We waited about six months for warranty repair of air-to-air heat pump. They won´t answer any questions and they are very rude.

Service & aftermarket support for Finland is horrible. After 3 years the heat pump stopped working and started the process for in May and now it's July, and it's still not fixed. Pointing fingers at different directions but not taking the responsibility and trying to fix the problem. I bet it would be just easier, faster and more cost effective to install a new system but what do I know. Let's see when it gets fixed, probably in the next 6 months.
