They have no customer support !!!!
They have no customer support if things go wrong and they do go wrong so there is not much you can do. They do direct you to a Telegraph forum which is filled with scammers pretending to be pancake support.
I won’t be using them again that’s for sure

I sold safemoon tokens and Pancakeswap never send me my BNB!
I sold safemoon tokens and Pancakeswap never sent me my BNB! There is no customer support. At this point, it seems like a scam since I did not receive the over 200 US $ they owe me for the safemoon sold.
I would have given zero star if I could in this review. If I ever get my money I would reconsider but so far no help on their part.
I would not suggest to my worst enemy to do business with this company. Stay away.
Also, the fees they charge (10%) per trading are 5 times higher than my trading expert !!! They charge more than the interest I pay on my home loan ! Worst shark than the Banks !!! In the crypto world !!!

Facilitates pump and dump schemes
This site seems to be purely for speculating on low quality crypto-tokens. Facilitates pump and dump schemes. Even if you get on the winning side of one of these trades, they and probably their partners running the tokens fleece you on fees and penalties. I went up 60% on Safemoon and after penalties and fees was down 5%. I would stay clear of this "service."
