After placing the order, I paid.

The manager never contacted me again to send me the necessary information about the order placed.

I ordered and after the raid in the warehouse i got nothing no money no products they scammed me

They got raided which there’s not much they can do was expecting a refund and says they’ve withdraw but I’ve not received, seems like they taking everyone’s money who ordered during the duration of raid and them shutting down. Poor from the company

Pandabuy in its prime was perfect and then TikTok came by and ruined the whole agency. All these reviews are from tards who ordered during the raids so y’all do deserve to not get your money back. Pandabuy was the best and there’s better agents now such all cnfans and joyabuy. Anyways y’all losers for losing money 🤣

Sorry, but how stupid can you be? I really ordered from them. My first agent was citygobuy, they got raided In 2022, so I found panda and all worked 2022-2023, but now they are raided. You should read news, all agents were raided in china. But u are so dumb, u can only write fkin stupid reviews 🫠🫠🫠🤡🤡🤡

Great experience

I spent around 200$ when I wanted to ship my haul they said they got raided and they couldn’t, so I tried to refund and when I tried they said they couldn’t! Now my items have 5 days left in the warehouse and one item has been on refund processing in 65 days! I will sue them to get my money back!

Yall are stupid all these adults who do no research on company’s before buying. pandabuy was great until they were sued and raided. then you decided to ship your items while they are being raided. how dumb can you be. wait until they announce they are operational or use another agent.

Pandabuy is most of the time reliable and good. You just need to use spreadsheets and shop smart. I got 4 hauls of Pandabuy and they all arived and were in okay condition. No it’s not a scam, all these bad reviews from the last few months is because the warehouses were raided and that’s why people don’t get their package.

Waiting for my package since 16/04/2024 (day it started waiting for flight).
On Pandabuy it says that they gave it to dhl but dhl says they never got the package. They've lost my package and still haven't refunded me. When I apply for claims it gets ignored and says it's "under review". Scammers.

I have purchased items in Pandabuy for my son and never arrived! almost 9 weeks now...and I emailed them many times and called but sadly no update or anything and I called the bank to cancelled the transaction but I can't cancel anymore! what a waste of money how this people do such things like this? so awful! my son was feeling so upset and disappointed.

Pandabuy get big updated for the reps. Years ago it was bad noone liked it is better now. After pandabuy get banned there are no good reason to buy there. No more good brands for there. Dont listen to these reviews, they might have had a bad experience because the didnt use a spreadsheet, just use a spread and youll be fine, ive gotten 3 hauls and all fine just pay for insurance it 10 usd blud, just be smart and dont buy crap, use the spreadsheet

This platform company is nothing more than a pile of leftovers chinese toilet! Typically mainland china behavior. Very bad attitude, no etics what so ever, do not give a damn about health and of it is possible to cheat and get away with and run of to to the dirtyness of mainland China, even better.

This platform company hide behind made up stories of interuptions due to authorites have acted against a supplier. This is just cock and bull story to mislead buyers and refrain them from reporting them.
