what i say is real scam dont trust this if you pick up by fake clothes by the douane then you need to pay 200 for two piece of clothes dont trust pandabuy

I put 900$+ into my pandabuy balance because I have used them before and they are freaking awesome when things work out...until now. They are claiming that the 900$+ I added to my balance is void but they say they will only refund me if I send them another 900$+ or in another words they want me to send them the exact same amount of money and claim they will refund me and unlock my parcels. But how does that make any sense? The claim that the money I added to my pandabuy balance is void because I topped up my balance with a debit card that doesn't have 3ds verification although I'm pretty sure it does but even if it doesn't the transaction went through and money left my account and went to pandabuy. The transaction should of never went through in the first place if we were going to be having this problem! Another issue is that I have countless items in my warehouse, items purchased already waiting for the seller to ship out and product in the mail (I'm literrly at every stage of the process with diffrent items right now) but since they flagged my account under ''risk control'' I can't do anything. I can't buy anything until I pay them 900$+ to lift the flag and I can send out items from the warehouse because the balance in my pandabuy account is void. They got me messed up right now. Why can't they just refund my orders and send me a refund to my bank without me having to send them another 900$+ to unlock my pandabuy account? I'm just so frustrated like we were doing so good but as soon as I get 1,400 I decide to add it all to pandabuy and now I'm broke and there are no signs of pandabuy going to make this right. If they make this right I will change this review to a 5 star review and swear by them but until then..this is just crazy. I did nothing wrong yet I feel like I'm being punishe and scammed.

They fixed the issues, refunded me my money it only took a day and things are back to normal! My favorite way to shop PERIOD.

Used Pandabuy for half a year now. The people that have left the bad reviews clearly haven’t done their research nor know what Pandabuy is or how to use it. If you have a problem with the product you’ve received, thats not pandabuy’s problem, thats the seller you bought it froms problem. Pandabuy is simply a middleman to buy from the chinese market AKA chinese sellers. If you haven’t received your parcel, then you’ve done something wrong. Used the wrong carrier for your country, or declared your parcel wrongly. Always ship your stuff with insurance and pandabuy will compensate you for loss/damage or seizure.

They are scam don’t buy anything from Pandabuy I ordered goods worth 150euro since November 2023 they did not deliver it, it kept say on transit. Criminals

Bought a necklace from Pandabuy ,, they’re claiming it’s 999 silver..
no I’ve received it.. and it’s not stamped with 999 silver to ensure that the silver is fake.
So therefore the silver they’re selling is not real silver, as it’s not been stamped. Normally silver is 925 stamped , the most common silver on market , but they claim it’s 999 silver.
So it was a little expensive fake chain. So safe your money, go down to a proper shop if you want your silver necklace.

Fu*king terrible, I hate this company, I ordered 200 euro worth of stuff, declared my parcel correctly, and my parcel was in transit for 80 days, with 20 day long gaps in updates. Pandabuy claimed the shipping was via plane but it was clearly through ship and the scamming bast*rds charged me the air price to earn more money. To make things worse my parcel never arrived. And now they won’t accept my insurance claims.
Never using this site again

Pandabuy is a big scam, I ordered over €200 items and paid €200 for shipping. Even after 75 days my parcel is in transit and none of the agent is trying to reach out.

Although the things from there are fake and its a little pricey (£80 - UPS). I guess it worth it. But, you've got to know how to use it first.

Paid 200 usd, so about £170 package never arrived in England never showed it was with royal mail once. I even paid through PayPal , I put a dispute in as these were for Christmas presents, it's now Feb 19th and PayPal have shut my claim in there favor saying pandabuy gave correct tracking information!? I ordered previously from them 1 item which was a coat and it came with no issues , this is the tracking they kept sending me for my bigger parcel ordered at a later date , I explained this and said there using previous tracking info and not the tracking for the amount of 170 pounds and they just ignored me and PayPal have shut my claim. Please do not buy from pandabuy.

I noticed that your parcel has been send back to the carrier's warehouse and it will be destroyed, sorry for the loss it cost. And we highly recommend u to choose a route that offers a redelivery service for the next order. My friend, u can contact with the loca l carrier to check the real reason of returning, that will be better help u.

Web site not working well , the shopping arrived via UPS courier to do it first and they don't deliver it they asked for 100 euros for deposit because they are not able to take the goods to customs it will be the first and last time I will use this site it is not reliable. I advise against it

I don't recommend buying with this agent, there are better options!
My package was seized 2 weeks ago, I sent it with UPS and paid for customs insurance.
Their support for 2 weeks has been trying to not pay me. I have already sent them the documentation 3 times showing that the package is seized and now they haven't responded to my support ticket for 3 days.

Pandabuy is 100% legit! But you have to to your research! People that leave bad reviews didn’t do their research properly and got their package seized with checking the insurance box.

Avoid them, they are second hand scammers. Thats all i need to say, stay away from this s**t

It's a scam..
They send messages and hack you credit card

They took my money and never send me order. When i contact them they say the item was not on stock.
Then i ask for refund but they cant give me my money back.

Worst customer service of all time. Spent hundreds of euro for it to not be updated for two months and still hasn’t arrived. Have emailed over 10 times while still getting the same response. Do not buy from here it’s an absolute disgrace of a company
