1hr15 late for collection, no attempt to rectify or apologise, no complaints procedure.
We were collected 1hr15 late on our return journey, which caused us to miss the last public transport options on our return to London. We have since made multiple attempts to contact the company, both via email and phone, who have made no attempt to apologise for the inconvenience caused. This company needs to be less optimistic with their time scales, book two drivers for a trip when required rather than chancing it with one, and drastically need to improve their complaints procedure.
