This great experience, the young man that cleaned my car was fast, thorough professional. He had a small van was decked out with all his supplies a generator is water. It was something I have never thought it would be this good. I can’t remember his name right now, but he was. He stayed at least four hours the tires the tires are new and now with the cleaning of the hubs they look brand new. I’ve had the car for almost 8 years. Its never looked this good except the day I bought it.

Keon did his big one on my mom's vehicle. He was early and worked hard. The car looked brand new inside when he finished. We were definitely happy and satisfied and I can't wait till he does my personal vehicle.

I never write reviews. This is honestly the first online review I've ever written, and the fact that I felt compelled to write it should tell you something.

I live in an area where Panda Hub has very few operators, so you're basically at the mercy of whoever's available. My first appointment got cancelled last minute. Actually they didn't even tell me until after the appointment time had already passed. I had moved my car and set up everything they needed, all for nothing. Their excuse was "bad weather." It was nice out all day and the forecast showed no storms whatsoever.

I was ready to just cancel and get a full refund, but customer service offered me a 20% discount if I accepted the reschedule. Since I'd already paid, they said the 20% would be processed back to my card as a refund and would take about a week to show up. I agreed.

The rescheduled appointment: the guy shows up 30 minutes late, works for about 15 minutes, then spends 30 minutes sitting in his car on his phone doing nothing. I had to walk outside and confront him myself to get him back to work.

I paid for the most expensive package Panda Hub offers and it still didn't cover most of what I expected to get done. When I asked the detailer about it, he said he'd done everything Panda Hub asks him to do. We went through the service list together and it became pretty clear that Panda Hub uses misleading wording to make you think you're getting more than you actually get.

Two weeks later I checked my card statement, figuring at least the discount would make the weak experience feel worth it. No refund. I called customer service, the rep spent five minutes looking into it, then hung up on me. I had to keep calling back until he finally picked up again, and that's when he told me the refund was never processed in the first place. His fix was a 10% refund, half of what was originally agreed to. I had zero leverage at that point so I took it just to be done with the whole thing.

I will never use this site again. You're much better off going somewhere in person where you know exactly what you're paying for upfront. This company is just a broker, they make money by upcharging services you could pay for directly at a local car wash. Between the misleading descriptions and everything above, I paid more and wasted more of my own time than if I'd just driven to the car wash down the street. Which is what I'll be doing from now on.

Mohammad was very professional and did an outstanding job! My Toyota had been stored for almost a year and unfortunately had developed an unpleasant odor. Mohammad did a very thorough job cleaning the interior, and the difference was incredible. My vehicle looks and smells great again!

I highly recommend Mohammad for his attention to detail and excellent work.

Bruce was amazing! I was scheduled for yesterday (they cancelled last min) and the original extras were not transferred over to the new ticket. I need to find a reliable headlight restoration to be done. Again Bruce was great but the scheduling department can use some work.
