yes, there were issues, but how they handled them says more about their company
There was a technical issue with a part of my package, and when I sent the original email, it apparently got lost because it was sent to another email. Nevertheless, when i had sent another email to a different address, they were very eager to help resolve the issue.
They apologized, offered a refund and included extra items when they sent the package again. I think they handled it extremely professionally and communicated clearly.
Anyone experiencing issues and hasn't received a response may need to check the website to see if there's another email address they can reach out to. The team is very willing to help resolve the issue and i think that shows great business practices!

I couldn't recommend this company enough!!! I bought many St Vincent badges in honour of my grandad ahead of his funeral for the family to wear. They were such a lovely touch, easy to put on and they came within 2 days. Thank you sooo much

Unexpected High Tax Charges on a Small Package
I bought a small box that weighs only 30 grams. I paid for both the item and the shipping. However, a week later, the shipping company informed me that I have to pay taxes — and the tax amount is higher than the price of the package itself(i live inside EU).
