I got the CRW wheels for my Chapter 2 build in 2024/2025. The process was very straightforward. I love the wheels, and I'm planning on getting another set of CRW when I replace the wheels on my Seka bike. Im not a fan of paying or falling for the big name western brand marketing, in the sense that Chinese brands are inferior.

Over the past two years, I’ve placed several orders for TPU tubes and other performance accessories. I love the fact that Panda does a great job of testing and vetting their products as the Chinese cycling market has lots of great value products but also its fair share of cheap products that aren’t worth messing with. Joe and his team do a good job of selecting only the good stuff and offering it for a competitive price.

I purchased a pair of wheels recently and could not have been happier with the entire experience, beginning with the excellent (and patient!) communication and advice received during the decision-making process. Beyond that, entirely professional service throughout, including unexpected and thoughtful extras in the package, and the wheels are precisely as promoted. I've definitely come to realise the overwhelming performance/cost benefit of Chinese cycling products, so will no doubt look again to Panda Podium for added peace of mind. It's undeniably a no-brainer.

Made numerous purchases from the guys at Panda Podium. Oustanding service and kit. CRW wheels, AVRO handlebars (2), hubs etc. All been absolutely flawless. Despatched and delivered to the UK without issue. When I needed an extra bearing top cap and spacers for a new frame, not a problem, perfect comms and the perfect solution. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.
PS. My Colnago C68 on CRW wheels and AVRO Gen 1 bar and stem got a supernice on GCN Tech Show Ep.421. It rides even better than it looks :-)

Bought a new handlebar for my Wilier Filante SLR. Panda Podium delivered very fast, and all questions were answered whithin 24 Hours. Now as the bar has been mounted I can say that Panda Podium did an excellent Job. Bike looks perfect, rider is happy!

Did 3 orders over the last 1.5 years from Germany . First a wheelset, second some small parts and at least a handlebar. Everything went smoothly and perfectly!

Tried to order groupsets from AliExpress with no success. They kept getting stopped at customs due to incorrect paperwork.

Simply put, this shop is superior to any local bicycle store. It is worth noting that they provide expert advice not only before the purchase, but also afterward. If other retailers want to learn how to establish and maintain customer relationships, they should consider making a purchase here. Five stars, superior. Nothing less. I ordered TPU Tubes from Panda Podium Joe. The delivery takes a little time but came complete. I had some issues with a couple tubes failing and reached out to Joe. These were replaced and I have no issues with these in over a 18 months. The web site is comprehensive and easy to find what you looking for.
