Quick delivery and great cheap items
Delivery time was good and items were great. Some painted black feathers had paint peeling off, but the price of feathers is comparatively cheap that i cannot complain.

Panduro website says that it will take 2 to 4 days for your order arrive. But this incorrect. My order submitted on 23 of June 22 took more than ten days. So, if you want your stuff withing 4 or 5 days, then, don't buy with thwm.

My order has not been deilvered after…
My order has not been deilvered after 13 days, FedEx have no information on the order. Panduro customer service are of no help whatsoever blaming FedEx for not delivering.
Not good enough little girl was expecting this order for her Birthday which is now passed. Panduro left me to chase up FedEx but I'm getting nowhere, starting to believe i have been scammed.

They use Budbee for delivery! They placed it outside in the evening. BIG surprise… gone the next morning.
And Panduro, blames Budbee.
well! That does not help for my missing stuff. And I cant choose delivery company. -So I blame Panduro.

Disappointed
I experienced two issues with my latest order. First, the webshop was not updated meaning that I ordered items that were not delivered.
2nd, they did not even update me by email, neither did they explain in the printed document in the package that they didn't have the item in the store. Just sent the print with one of the items!
This led ultimately to confusion. Of course, it was clarified after contact with the customer service team, but the point here is that I haven't had any similar experience with other suppliers.

Pretty bad website support
Pretty bad website support - crashes often during nights. Yesterday I had 12 products ready to be purchased/ I saw a banner if I log in I would get a special discount.
I went and registered myself, and after I logged in my basket was empty! I had to go and try to fill it up again with the products i was looking for for so long.. finally when i was almost done / the page stopped loading. When I opened it this morning the products taht were on discount / now without! and i didn't get any discount for registering. What a horrible UX. Prices are also very high in comparison to penstore. If I didn't need one thing very urgent, I wouldn't even bother
