Purchased a cheap 365 Licence online which has caused me untold conflict issues. I was added to some Educational Organisation in Kingston and now can't use my email or Office. I have contacted MS and they cannot remove the account or do anything immediately as my email is now associated to this spurious account - I cant delete it, as the subscription doesn't end but importantly I cant buy a legitimate copy of 365 because my email is linked with this account. I have emailed the seller info@keysender. to ask them to just end the subscription, keep the money, and let me get on with my life. I will update this if they respond.

Scam, bought Office 2016, key did not work tried everything Scam, Scam, Scam stay away !

Bought Windows Pro. product keys. Needed to use secondary key included in their email as the 1st one didn't work but was able to upgrade using original key once it was all up and running.

Office 365 worked fine for few weeks then my files have been locked to read only and information appeared that it seems the account is unauthorised. Emailed them but haven’t heard of any explanation or solution. Scam

Emailed them but haven’t heard of any explanation or solution. Don’t recommend the company. The email address I received was Romanian (.ru) and seem like it was intended for employees.

Paid and got email saying would get it in 20mins.
Nearly hour later i emailed them . Came back "BLOCKED" wish i'd read these poor ratings first.

I believe they should block such company. I purchased an office 365 key but it is not working. What is even worst their email is not working either. They are nothing but thiefs try to steal peoples money. I tried to communicate with them on the same email but, it comes back "does not exist"

Purchased Windows 10 product key - however key does not work, either doesnt exist or has already been used.

Key is used up by others (activated too much) its a scam and doesn't work

Code wouldn’t work and refused to offer refund avoid!
