I got 1000 followers, and in a matter of 2 days, they were gone from my account. I submitted a ticket, and they did a refill, but again, the followers were gone in 2 days is a scam. Do not buy anything from here.

FAKE! Promised 500 subscribers, did not deliver. DO not use!

This is a scam. I placed the order, and it has been 40 days with no delivery.

They were so quick to respond, friendly, professional and patient. I really love working with them and you can bet I will be a repeat customer. They also get the job done legit and help a ton with promotion. Seriously, socialplug is the best, not kidding.

Non delivery, total of 170 euro lost

100 upvotes should be delivered in 72 hours, received 40 and no more were delivered, they stopped answering, cheaters, scammers, dont use their service, never

purchased thousands of followers, comments, likes etc from them. was cruising till i saw them all going away and tiktok issuing multiple warnings of fake accounts. after several times of going back and forth with socialplug their end comment was "no money back". save your money, time and effort and go somewhere that doesnt try to cheat you out of your money

Wow, where do I begin? I had some difficulty at first with purchasing an order, but their customer service was so quick to respond, friendly, patient and helpful. Then, the actual order itself was completed within minutes. I mean these guys are THE BEST OF THE BEST and I have been waiting for a service like this for a long time. 10/10 STRONGLY recommended.

A lot of times they didn't actually deliver it what they should deliver it, and their support is saying that that's not their problem.

I placed an order for YouTube subscribers on 4 November, and after more than 20 days, the service has still not started. No subscribers, no progress, nothing.

I contacted support several times, and every reply was just excuses with no estimated time, no refill, no solution, and no compensation. They also refused to issue a refund or even give me the amount as balance to use on another service.

It’s unacceptable to take payment and not deliver what was promised.
I will be filing a dispute with my bank to recover my money.

Very disappointing service — I do NOT recommend this platform at all.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. STAY FAR AWAY. They are scammers!

I ordered from Panel Socialplug (Order #053D4C60_2) and it turned out to be a complete scam. Their services simply do not work. After reading other real reviews, I realized I was experiencing the exact same problems as many others.

When I requested a refund, they refunded the money to my Socialplug account, which is useless because their services don’t work at all. This is clearly a tactic to avoid giving real refunds.

I’ve already told them I’ll be taking legal action — see you in court. Their payment provider will soon know exactly what kind of operation they’re running. You messed with the wrong person.

They dose delivery all of them and they drop a lot

They did not deliver what was paid for at all.

I wish I'd paid by credit card as opposed to crypto as I have no way to charge back the transaction now.

⭐ 1 Star - A Calculated Scam, Not a Legitimate Service

I am writing this review to warn others and prevent them from falling into the same trap. SocialPlug operates a deceptive scheme, not a real service.

I paid for a service. Immediately after payment, the excuses began. First, they claimed my profile link was "private" (it wasn't). After I provided the correct link again, they entered a two-month cycle of the same "technical issues" excuse, all while my order was falsely marked as "Complete."

The pattern is clear: they delay until you are past the arbitrary "eligible period" stated in their fine print. Once that date passes, their tone changes completely.

The final response from "Clarence" is the smoking gun: they admitted the order was never delivered but coldly stated it is "past the eligible period for any refill, support, or refund." They then had the audacity to suggest I place a new order.

Summary of the Scam:

Accept payment and mark order as "Complete" to give false confidence.

Use a revolving door of excuses ("private profile," "server issues") to delay for weeks or months.

Wait for their internal "service window" to expire.

Finally admit non-delivery but refuse a refund, claiming it's "too late."

Do not be fooled by their polite, copy-pasted apologies. It is a script designed to run out the clock. They never intended to provide the service. Save your money and your time; this company is a scam.

They didn't fulfilled the orders and not refunding. Sending automated messages. So annoying. Never make business with them.
