Incompetence followed by lying and contradiction of multiple staff. It seriously shocks me how stupid some people can be, especially when you try to lie to me about a message someone else from the company said 2 messages ago. Not to mention the misrepresentation of their services, Abmissal pricing and absolute horrible delivery. Just avoid this site, if u look through the positive reviews you can clearly see they are fabricated and generic - if you look at the negative ones, look a lot more real huh.

I bought views but they didnt send and they tried to scamm me by saying "oh we are working on it, almost there, we sent, there..." however they just wasted my time. Do not trust them. They said they will refund me 1 month ago but they didn't.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. They misrepresented their services, and I suspect their operations are fraudulent. I purchased reviews through their service, and the reviews were full of spelling mistakes, appearing fake and unprofessional. When I contacted support, they assured me that everything was legitimate, but upon receiving the reviews, it was evident that they were fabricated and assigned incorrectly.

When I raised concerns and asked for the reviews to be rewritten, they informed me that it wasn’t possible and closed my ticket without any resolution. They later claimed they could remove one review, but after a long wait, only one review was removed. They then sent a message stating, “I’ve confirmed with the manager, and it turns out that the reviews already sent to you can’t be removed.”

I strongly advise against working with this company. I have reason to believe they have fake reviews, which diminishes their credibility. Please exercise caution and verify any services before trusting them with your business.

Its basically scam. I paid for service, but never get back anything, support is not exists.

Had to contact them numerous times because I did not receive what was ordered. I was told that there is nothing they can do to rectify the situation as it was over 7 days since the order even though there were numerous attempts to get a completed order. AVOID at all costs as you will NOT get what you actually pay for.

Paid for a Reddit account, they never delivered. Never refunded. Just (to date) 9 separate worthless promises over 8 weeks.

I ordered some LinkedIn connections but apparently there was a problem with the LinkedIn link - I asked LinkedIn support but they weren't able to resolve. Since the order could not be processed, i asked my money back. They refused. They said that the order had been "delivered", but that was an obvious lie as they previously said:

"Sorry but I have tried a lot of time. There's no profile exist on the link you provided."

I'm still waiting for my refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I purchased their service, but after two months, it was not completed. I had no choice but to finish it myself, and they claimed that they completed it. Truly a bunch of scammers.

you don't get a trial service to convince yourself of the quality of the service, because the message appears that all free channels are currently taken. it's just stupid that it's basically like this every day. no matter what hour. rather, the company collects email addresses and asks you to follow twitter channels for a ridiculous 100 views. the service is blacklisted and reported

Bought services on may 10th its now may 15th and still not received what was purchased. in ticket kept saying wait 12-24hrs and itll be done today. Still nothing. terrible service and scam likely

Bought an item off their store, I was told I would recieve my item within 48 hours. After 4 days I still did not recieve anything. Do not buy anything here this is a big scam.

Update: It has been 4 weeks now, I still havent recieved my items

Horrible, I asked to get comments on a video i posted. They said that they posted them and ovecourse they hadn't and were not able to give me any proof that they did. THIS IS A SCAM. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!

Total scam, and their reply to 2x orders not being metis "if you dont like it take your business elsewhere", Well i am going to.

Followers will fall after a couple of weeks. And they will not replace.

90% of my order was never fulfilled. This person running it is a scammer.

Got to say these guys are hopeless. I tested their service a few months back and got nothing. When I asked for clarification, they told me the order had been fulfilled, despite that not being the case. After much back and forth, I eventually gave up. Unfortunately I just used them again by mistake. I was hunting around for a specialist service, and they were one of the few that appeared to offer it. I'd completely forgotten I'd tried them in the past. Anyhow, it's the same story: promise delivery and don't provide what you've paid for. I won't bother engaging their customer services this time, as they boldly asserted I'd got what I'd paid for the last, despite that clearly not being the case. And I will definitely remember not to use them at any point in the future either 😄 I don't often leave negative reviews, but thought I'd share my experience in this case, to alert others.

doesn't work, keep saying that they finish the endorsement, but they can not proof. super fraud.

they are waste of time .. i have an order with them right now and they didnt even deliverd half the order in almost 7 days. the order was to be deliverd in max 72 hours .. and its been 7 days and they cant even deliverd half of the order

Low quality bot accounts. The names and profiles all must've followed the same prompt during creation. You don't even need to view the full profile to be suspicious of their authenticity.

They also seem to take their sweet time as less then 20% of my small order has been completed during a 4 day period.

If you enjoy paying a premium price for low quality service then this is the company for you

Got my order of followers then after a few days i slowly lost all of them.

Avoid SocialPlug.io at all costs — they are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and absolutely not worth your money.
I placed an order that was supposed to be time-sensitive, but after almost 72 hours, nothing had been started — no progress, no communication, no updates.

When I asked to cancel and get a refund (since I never received the service I paid for), they refused to refund me anything. They claimed "associated costs," even though no work had been done at all. It's unbelievable — they took my money, delivered absolutely nothing, and still kept the full amount.
