Registered since 2020, and have not cashed out yet. Surveys rarely come in, and I mean rarely and when they do, you automatically get screened out or disqualified. Reason I am not closing the account is a 7.50 euro balance and cashing out is at 12.50. Hope I can cashout in my lifetime.

it is a fake company. I have been stolen by them never redeem me. they just banned the account

such a fraud and cheaters.... member since more than 3 years and never problem with my account even they suspend account with 8$ pending in my account.... really all cint panel sites are don't value our time and effort

A rogue company. Avoid them. They will only pay for taking surveys the first time you cash your points. Any subsequent demands will not be paid, and they will deliberately close your account. How they get away with it, is a mystery. Please don't waste your time with them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached £5 payment, redeemed, got paid, but then was unable to log in right after getting paid. It said login details incorrect. I did 'reset password' but didn't work as I didn't get any email for it. I contacted them and after a week was told that I broke 'terms and conditions'. How on earth do you break the terms and conditions on a survey site? I do not access the site from abroad, I don't have multiple accounts, I fill up the surveys truthfully, I do not speed through them, I have done nothing wrong. The email stated that if I don't agree with their decision to terminate my account I could write to them at a different email address which I did. But I think that was an address that instantly moves all incoming mail to the trash as they're now ignoring me. I guess I'm lucky I got the £5 but I think they don't want people to actually reach the threshold or make money. I don't have a job and I am home 24/7, I start doing surveys from 5am to 6pm. I think they only want people who are not very active. Shame on them! I expected more from CINT. Apparently I'm banned from Cint surveys.

Not sure what is going on with this company. Panel Champ and another company owned by Cint will not let me log after cashing out. I have been with them for years. I emailed both companies with no response. Not sure if they went out of business or just scammed me. Could be either or, who knows. I would suggest avoiding this company and the others that Cint owns.

I am near my payout amount, they disabled the login. While trying login it's showing invalid email id or password error. While trying Forgot Password option, it's not sending any mail to my registered email id.

I am using this survey study site for months only to earn 10 Dollars.
Then I requested to withdraw the amount and it is still pending.I have mailed them twice no response from their side. I have no Idea what to do now. If anybody could help me

I am not able to log in into my account I was so near to my payout. Please resolve this issue otherwise I won't recommend everyone else to join panel champ.

very poor customer service. actually really no customer service. my son just completed a survey for me and there appeared a pt 2 which promised extra compensation. he finished that part but of course there was no promised extra compensation and NO reply back from customer service

Completed a survey only to be told that the session had timed out at the end. There is no record of me having taken the survey and no reward credited to my account.

Cint/PanelChamp/Ipsos/VIPVoice/Quest Mindshare (they have so many names and partners) is a complete scam. They ask dozens of detailed questions, and at what is clearly the very end they say "sorry you don't qualify" or "there was an error". They got the answers their client wanted and they don't want to pay. And they have the audacity to invite my child to answer dozens of very detailed questions and watch several 20-minute videos only to disqualify her. But they clearly liked her answers enough to keep her for nearly an hour. No sorry, If you ask a child to participate you should be paying them even if you deem their answers to be not useful. They are 100% stealing responses and running to the bank with the money. It's beyond shady.

EDIT: I keep giving them another chance, and regretting it. They're serving YouGov surveys now, which have a very recognizable format. After the last question, they disqualify you.

I have had many recent problems with this site. I have been 8 pence from a payout for 6 weeks. Every time I try a survey, I am taken to a nonsensical page about been excluded from surveys - no explanation. I have raised 3 queries over 6 weeks with no response. I suspect they have done something to stop me from reaching the payout threshold to get all of the benefit with no need to reward me. I am very frustrated !

I have a hard time qualifying for surveys from this company, I am never a fit. Then I go on my account & see $1.25 deducted from my account! I haven't qualified for a survey an over a month & it took me months to get to $1.25! Closed account with money in there, they will end up deducting it anyway, not wasting my time!

First survey, first question - would you be able to take a photo of your passport and take a selfie ?????

I was a member of Panelchamp for a few years with no issues. I never received a lot of surveys but I got enough to get payouts every few months. However, I requested a redemption in December 2020 that I never received. I contacted the only email address the website gives SEVEN times with no response. I can only assume noone even monitors the email. I am very upset and disappointed as I completed MANY surveys honestly and thoughtfully with no compensation. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone as they clearly are not paying out anymore and there is no way to contact them if you have issues. Avoid this site!

I received an email from Panel Champ support after having problems with receiving the same multiple surveys and surveys with dead links or errors. I contacted CINT support FIRST. Then I receive an email banning me from Panel Champ. I will not receive my latest payout.

I have completed surveys with Panel Champ over 3 years and with Prize Rebel close to a year. I have NOT VIOLATED any terms. I was always honest with my surveys. I completed more surveys since I am not traveling for work due to the pandemic.

Below is the copy of the email I received from Panel Champ's support CINT-tech Carol.

We regret to inform you that our systems have identified activity that is in violation of Cint's Participant Terms & Conditions for Panel Membership. As a result, we have removed your panelist account from our system and you will no longer be able to log in, take part in surveys or other research programs, or redeem or receive any rewards.

This decision was made following a thorough review of your account(s) by our quality team and is therefore not reversible.

The reasons I was banned were SUDDENLY CHANGED. I completed each survey accurately and honestly. Again, I had been doing surveys since early 2017.

Please don't waste your time on a dishonest company. I don't want another honest human being to waste their precious time during this pandemic completing surveys honestly only to be falsely accused of violating their terms and conditions.

If you make "TOO MUCH MONEY" from PANEL CHAMP they will eventually falsely accuse you and close your account. I am one of many who have experienced the same Panel Champ/CINT smear campaign.

Per pagare paga, ma le remunerazioni sono inaccettabilmente bassissime: propongono anche 20 centesimi per sondaggi di mezzora! Senza parlare dei continui screenout, a volte anche dopo aver risposto a molte domande. Ho faticosamente raggiunto il payout, ma poi me ne sono allontanato una volta per tutte.

It pays, but the rewards are unacceptably low: they offer 20 cents for half-hour surveys! Not to mention the frequent screenouts, sometimes even after answering many questions. I laboriously hit the payout, but then I walked away from it once and for all.
