Order placed and an order number issued via confirmation email.
Chased up order and received a reply assuring me the panel order was being processed.
Now my emails are being bounced back and listed as being unable to send to the email address provided and had used previously.
Also it wont allow me to log on the the website saying my email address is not recognised.

Same as every one else ! Disgusting vile scum scammers ! Lucky I got the Halifax bank to do a recharge and have my money back ! This is what the scammers replied when I complained.

This is a scam!! You will get a notification of your order, but no email confirmation. The website is a front and has no contact details. Wish I'd looked closer before placing my order and checked Trust Pilot reviews!!
Paid in February 2026, it is now end of April 2026 and received nothing.
Got sent a receipt etc but thats as far as it's gone.

Ordered & paid for on 24th April, got an order number - thought I would give them a go as the panels were cheap (for the Shed), however, no communication, no method to contact and no sign of a product - looks like it's a scam, stay away.
