We do not ban or restrict an account because a customer complains. Under our Terms, threats or insults toward the support team can lead to an account restriction. A complaint is not a reason. A restriction also does not take the balance. Your review does not say which account or ticket it is about, so we cannot check it yet. We have sent you an information request through Trustpilot. You can also email support@panelregion.com with your account email or username and the ticket number. We will then check your tickets, the account status and the balance, and tell you clearly what we find.

Here is an answer to each point.

-Quality: every service is a separate listing. Its name shows its type and speed, and its refill period when the service has a refill. If an order was delivered differently from the service description, send us the order ID and we will check that order.

-Refills: a service with a refill mark in its name (for example R30 ♻️ or R365 ♻️) can be refilled under the Refill Policy in our Terms; a service tagged No Refill is not refilled. If an order of yours had a refill mark and was not refilled, we will check it against that policy and tell you what can be refilled.

-Account restrictions: we do not suspend an account because a customer says the quality is not good, and a restriction does not take the balance.

We cannot identify your account from the review, so we have sent you an information request through Trustpilot. You can also email support@panelregion.com with your account email or username.

Hello Shoaib,

In our service list, a service with a refill shows the period in its name: R365 ♻️ means a 365-day refill and R30 ♻️ a 30-day refill. A service tagged No Refill is not refilled. You can request a refill at least 24 hours after the order is completed, or after your last refill request. We refill up to 100% of the ordered quantity, under the conditions in the Refill Policy in our Terms. If the count on an R365 order dropped and was not refilled, send us the order ID and we will check it against that policy. As a general rule, on WhatsApp we block a number only for insults or spam; a complaint is not a reason.

Hello Vesta,

We are sorry for the experience you describe. Our support team should always treat customers with respect. About the cancellation: under our Terms, cancelling an order is an additional process. It can take time, and it is completed only if the provider of the service approves it, so it is not always possible. In the service list, services whose orders can be cancelled while still pending carry the Cancel tag. About the refund: a completed order cannot be refunded. If an order is not completed, or is only partially completed because of a service issue, the unused amount goes back to the account balance automatically.

Hello Imran,

We do not make offers like the one you describe. Nobody on our team offers a bonus or an API discount in return for a deposit. The deposit bonus is automatic: the system calculates it from the levels shown on the Add funds page. A deposit is also not a reason to restrict an account, and a restriction does not take the balance.
