I eventually received my order. Such a load of rubbish. Such poor quality. I have returned the items. In December. Still waiting for refund
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy any jewelry from pangama jewelry because all of their jewelry is only silver plated when it is being listed as s925 silver!!!!! I have multiple pictures from multiple different items that I bought from this company and they scammed me out of over $100 selling me jewelry that was labeled as real silver and it was only plated!!!

I ordered a charm at Christmas for my niece, thinking it was Pandora. I realised my error and requested a cancellation within 15 minutes to be told it was 'too late.' The next day I received an automated email to state that the item had now been dispatched, so it clearly wasn't too late. When the item arrived, it was poor quality. I sent it back to China and has been held up in customs. It has now been released and I am still waiting for my refund. They have now stopped communicating with me. A total scam. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I taught I was buying from Pandora. It is actually a copy from China. One charm came visibly worn and looked nothing like the photo. They accepted that I send it to them but the cost for shipping is more expensive than the item itself. I will never buy again for this site. Not trustworthy company. Delivery takes forever.

If I could I would not give any stars this company is a fraud I was on the Pandora website and when I went to pay this company popped up I immediately cancelled the order and they sent an email saying I will receive a refund with in 3 to four business days then I received an email saying thank you for your order I sent an email and called the fake number listed no response now when I click to try and send another email It came back blocked this place is a scam now I am trying to see if my bank will give me my money back and I got a new debit card..... Ughhhh I am so pissed off😡

Absolute junk. They shipped me the incorrect items and made me pay the shipping costs to return to China. I wouldn’t have kept the items even if they were the correct sizes. They use SEO to confuse people looking for Pandora products. I’m pretty upset about my experience. They should be shut down.

Zero stars not one. Bad quality it’s definitely not silver and long waiting time for nothing. Wasted my money on this and didn’t get it back

After ordering and waiting a week I wondered if I’d messed up, so checked the reviews and was worried. Well the charm has arrived today Royal Mail and I must say I’m absolutely over the moon. It was beautifully packaged and exactly what I wanted for my daughter for sounds well in her singing exam she’s chuffed to bits as am I.

Placed my first order last year which went missing. Finally got proof from evri that the parcel cannot be located.
Emailed the company with proof of goods not being received and I requested a refund in several emails ,as I no longer wanted the goods .
The company completely ignored my request and resend the goods claiming I can return the goods once received.
I finally received the goods and now they expect me to send them back to China?????and pay the postage of £20 pounds.
I have requested a prepaid label and they have not responded since and have ignored all my emails and expect me to pay to return the goods back???? Which I never wanted sent out in the first place.
Avoid at all costs, the company is a SCAM and the customer service does not EXIST.
They expect customers to pay out more for their MISTAKES

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with this company I purchased three bracelets that arrived much smaller than described. When I requested a return, the company provided me with a return address, which I used immediately.

It turns out the address they provided was incorrect. Because of their mistake, the package never reached its destination and is now lost. Despite this being 100% their error, they have refused to issue a refund or take any responsibility. I have been trying to resolve this for months, and their customer service has been completely unhelpful. Save your money and shop elsewhere—this company does not stand behind its mistakes.

Buyer Beware!! Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offer is deceiving advertising. You get the offer on your second purchase (apparently). I purchased 2 to get the third free, but no. Once I contacted Pangama Jewelry, they advised me that it applies to the second order.

I purchased jewellery believing it was from Pandora. When I realised it wasn’t I tried to cancel but was unable to and informed to return the jewellery when it arrived. At my expense, tracked, to China. My order came to £117. To return cost me a further £17. It was sent back in January and the tracking just says ‘held at customs’. Company informed and would not assist saying my responsibility. Standard email reply to my emails not addressing my questions. It is now March and I still have no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Over £100 of items returned in January - Proof of postage shown, items still at customs but constantly refusing to refund until the parcel is received knowing that we cannot do anything this end!!

Partner made the purchase thinking that he was on a Pandora site and assumed that Pangama was a concession of theirs. The items took weeks and weeks to arrive and although pretty they weren’t the same colour as Pandora charms and therefore wouldn’t look as I’d like them to alongside other charms. We contacted about the return and were given instructions - Followed each instruction and now realised that this is how they get out of refunding customers, simply ignoring the returns sent to customs.

I would never ever use this site again. The multiple terrible reviews speak for themselves - Just wish my partner had realised before placing the order.

Legal action is now being taken!

I'm here to share my disappointing (possibly a scam) experience with Pangama Jewellery. After returning a $300 packet of jewellery to the return address provided, I have been completely ghosted. Despite following all the return procedures and sending multiple requests for a refund, I have received no information about the status of my return or my money. My tracking says it has arrived in China. This was sent back in 25/01/2026 and they continue to say I have to wait to them to receive my package. It arrived there in February ..... It's now 7 weeks and they keep telling me to send proof and photos and I have twice. I was told to send back within 30 days of arrival. I sent back 2 days after I received it. Again they asked for proof.... And I did again. All their questions in email are answered by them as if it was the 1st time they have heard from me. It's frustrating and condescending. They have all the threads of correspondence, photos, receipt, and also the photo of the unopened package. I have even said I feel it's a scam and my next step is reporting to bank and consumer affairs. They actually did not give a blink of caring or empathy.
In a nutshell....
As a customer, I expected better communication and transparency. It’s frustrating to feel ignored, especially when I have complied with all the necessary steps. I hope others have a better experience, but I cannot recommend Pangama Jewellery based on my current situation.

Got my refund by contacting my credit card company and raising a dispute.
Sorted quickly.

According to Royal Mail tracking (cost £16) , the parcel is still in Chinese customs waiting for clearance.

I just got my bracelet and 2 charms that I ordered. Bracelet and charms are beautiful. Only problem is can't figure out how to open the clasp to put the bracelet together. No, instructions on how to do so, you go to their website, no instructions on how to do so on there either. I just want to know how to open the d*** thing!

I paid for express delivery and it didn't arrive on time. I returned the items when they arrived by recorded delivery and it cost me £18.50. I have delivery proof and they will not refund my money as they say it hasn't arrived!! I contacted paypal and they said because the items weren't damaged they cannot help! I am now contacting the financial ombudsman to see if they can help.

Cheap quality, not as described, impossible to return, its a scam , highly advise not to purchase.

I truly thought I had made a big mistake ordering from a scam shop. Was sick with worry I would not get my products. I did receive them just this morning and could not be happier. They are a little smaller than the pandora charms but beautiful all the same and fit pandora bracelet perfectly at half the price. I will definitely order from here again.

If I could give no stars, I would. Please save your money. While they respond quickly when you email them, you will not get your refund. I returned a bracelet in Novemeber that I ordered because it was big enough to fit a small child, not a grown woman. Shipping was late to begin with. I spent 15 dollars to send back for a refund and still here in March, they still claim to have not received my return. I am out 60+ dollars and the 15 I spent to return as they do not pay to ship back. Save. Your. Money. Do not order from here.
