Seems like many people i ordered by mistake thinking i was ordering from Pandora.
Contacted and failed to cancel immediately after order was placed, told i would have to wait and return.
I did return the items as instructed but now i still dont have my refund and contact seems to have stopped. Item arrived in china over 3 weeks ago.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
Website is a dupe of Pandora. It wasn’t until I reviewed the order confirmation from Pangama did I realise it was not Pandora.
I tried to cancel immediately but they said it was too late but I could return once received.
I ordered in the 3/12:25 and I received it on 25/12/25. Much longer than expected delivery date. It came from China.
Three charms came in one box which is no good for gift giving.
The quality was poor.
I tried to get return postage covered but they batted that away and said it was in T &C. No warning that the return had to be sent tracked (with customs documentation ) to China. It cost £16 GBP. On top of the £5.99 I paid for delivery.
I am so annoyed that I truly believed I had ordered from Pandora. I have been cheated.
Disgusting.

This company scammed me
I ordered jewellery from this company for my girlfriend for Christmas and even paid the extra fee for the delivery which said 3-10 business days for my order to arrive. However it’s been a month since I ordered and still not arrived. The worst site I’ve been on. They look really legit, and top of Google search when looking for pandora jewellery. But they are a scam. How can a company advertise quick delivery and even charge for this when doesn’t even have the resources or the facilities to do this. This is scam site. Please save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered like many thinking this was Pandora sold by another Jeweller.
When I ordered it didn't say a delivery time but had 3 weeks before Christmas, they arrived after and having ordered 3 items for 3 presents they all cam in one box and when I queried it they said I would have to pay for more packaging, £5.99 per one and £5.99 for delivery, complete rip off. Actual charms nothing like Pandora, very cheap imitation and to be honest not much cheaper.

BEWARE of Scam - Pandora Jewelry Knock Off
When trying to order Pandora jewelry, this website popped up and I ordered by mistake. The jewelry is cute, but quality is very low. The instructions say, "do not wear in the shower" because it will rust. Don't even think about returning because you're responsible for the shipping costs ( $120.00 USD to ship back to China!!) And UPS told me that after it leaves the US, it cannot be tracked.

Stay away from this company!! Hopefully you read this before purchasing somethng from them. If I could give negative stars I would. This company pops up when searching for Pandora jewelry. They state free shipping but do not ship their items in a timely manner. My item arrived 10 days later than expected and was a christmas gift that didnt arrive on time. When they state easy returns, although their phone number goes to Delaware and no one answers the phone, their return address is in China. In order for me to return my items it was going to cost $250.00 10 times more than they paid for shipping.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Just like everyone else i to believed i was on the pandora site, and only realised my mistake when transaction was made, and the address bar said pangama. Im usually switched on to these type of scams, but it is very slyly done.
No where near the quality of pandora, which is why they have to scam to get sales i suppose.
Wrote a similar review on the actual pangama website, but it was removed, i wonder why.

Like many I mistook this for Pandora and showed the charm to my husband then realised it was the wrong website but my husband still ordered from Pangama. I saw a lovely silver charm to go on my Pandora necklace, they sent gold but never mind at least it arrived. If I could swap it for the silver one I would but looking at all the reviews I think I’ll keep hold of this one.

I ordered line everyone else thinking…
I ordered online like everyone else thinking it was Pandora! When 3 weeks went by and of course they took my money immediately from PayPal, I contacted them and they did answer that the charms were on the way. I got them in time for Christmas but they looked so cheap and not as pictured at all.
I had to reorder on the pandora sight. But trying to return these charms is impossible. They give you zero options! I will never make this mistake again!

Very cute charms
Like many here, I ordered Pangama charms thinkng it was Pandora. I emailed to cancel my order but it was too late, I had to wait to receive my order. Waited about 4 weeks maybe 5 to receive them, expecting the worst charms ever. I received them today, I was so surprice to get very cute charms and good quality. Worth the wait, they came in a very cute and elegant box. I would recommend this product just be patient and order way early. 😊
