Pango Financial representative Nicole Foley did an outstanding job guiding me through the PPP Loan process. She was very professional and excellent in all aspects of any questions, concerns and the entire application process. She made this process amazingly easy. The first time I called Panco Financial I spoke with Nicole Foley and she answered all of my questions and was extremely patient, personable and helpful. I had to contact her a few times with my questions afterwards regarding the loan application and again she provided great customer service. She is a valuable asset to Pango Financial.
I also spoke with Magdalena, the accountant after she reviewed my application and she was also very helpful and patient explaining the documentation she needed to process the loan application.
