Great site for low priced designer products

I bought a replacement part for my Alessi cafetiere. Site was easy to use and the replacement part showed up two days later. Great service. One small gripe. The price was shown as £18 which was £12 cheaper than the same product on Amazon. However, when I went to check out, postage of £6 was added. I still saved £6 but I would have preferred to see the final price when browsing.

Better than expected!

The product description was very accurate, and the posted images were excellent. The communication from Panik was timely and follow up on my inquires were responded within 24 hours.
