They don't reply, upto 20k card gone.

They don't reply, they close tickets down. Takes OVER 300 days to redeem a card

Even when they do end up sending one out, after a year of battle and trying to contact them but actually receiving NO reply back, it doesnt move ever again within their Texas warehouse.

Panini is a wildly huge scam. This card is potentially worth from .50p to 20K.
It needs to arrive or I'll be taking legal action as 20k is a lot of money.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. I’ve called multiple times for product verification- left my email- have found their email and emailed them- contacted tech support who said in essence “we don’t know why you can’t verify the product online contact sales” and ghosted me.

I am writing this review after nearly 4 years!

I am writing this review after nearly four years of frustration, unanswered emails, unreturned calls, and complete failure by Panini America to honor multiple redemption cards I am rightfully owed. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.

I currently have four outstanding redemption cards that Panini has failed to produce:

2020 Panini Chronicles Signatures Black 1/1 Cody Bellinger (One-of-One)
• Redemption submitted: March 8, 2022
• Over 1,400 days outstanding (nearly 4 years)
• Still unproduced with zero explanation

Three (3) 2020–21 Panini Prizm Signatures #33 Stephen Curry autographed cards
• Submitted on September 24, 2022 (one card)
• Submitted on September 26, 2022 (two cards)
• Now well over 1,200 days overdue

These are extremely valuable cards—especially now that Stephen Curry has recently tied two of Michael Jordan’s scoring records—yet Panini still refuses to fulfill redemptions submitted before the expiration date, while somehow continuing to release new autographed Curry and Bellinger cards year after year (2022–2025).

Customer Service Failures

For almost four years, I have contacted Panini every 120 days, by email and phone, as instructed.
• They never once responded to any of my email inquiries.
• Every phone call resulted in the same scripted response: “Please be patient; the athletes sign in the offseason.”
That excuse might make sense for a short delay—not for three to four years, especially when Panini continues to produce new autographs from the same athletes.

Recent Escalation: Broken Assurance & Unauthorized Replacements

Since November 14, 2025, I’ve contacted Panini weekly because my patience is gone.

On December 1, 2025, I spoke with an employee named Randy, who acknowledged the unusual length of my delays. He told me he would look into the specific valuation and player options for my three Stephen Curry redemptions. I made it extremely clear that:

I was not agreeing to any substitution,

I was not giving up my rights, and

No action should be taken until we spoke again and mutually agreed.

He agreed—twice. I even called back to confirm.

One hour later, Panini emailed me saying my ticket was closed, and they had sent me random replacement cards—not my redemptions, not Curry, not Bellinger, and not remotely equivalent in value. They unilaterally made a decision against my explicit instructions, and without my consent.

I called the next morning and demanded they return the package to sender and restore my redemptions as unfulfilled. As of now, I am still waiting for Panini to fix the mess they created.

Final Thoughts

Panini’s failure to deliver these redemptions—some for nearly four years—combined with their refusal to communicate, broken promises, and unauthorized substitutions, shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward their customers.

I have been more than patient. I have followed every step Panini asked of me. And in return, I have received:

Zero fulfilled redemptions

Zero email responses

Four years of delays

Continued excuses

An unauthorized “grab bag” replacement after being told that wouldn’t happen

Collectors deserve far better. Panini America has failed to protect my investment, failed to uphold their obligations, and failed to treat me honestly at every step.

Unless Panini takes responsibility and resolves these long-overdue redemptions, I cannot recommend this company to any collector.

LIV Golf cards disappointed

Panini sells LIV Golf cards. Included in the set are special 1 of 1 cards that you need to redeem. It takes over 120 days to obtain your redemption cards. It has been 200 days and was told they do not even have the card that I opened in my pack. How is it that you don't even have the card available? Now its just in limbo and who even knows if they will honor the 1 of 1 card. Totally a rip off if they advertise these cards that are included and cannot actually send them to you. As a fan, completely unacceptable. Literally a huge fan that gave away cards to players and fans this year at events and cannot even get what I was promised. Truly a disappointment Panini!

Panini is the worst trading card company ever

Panini America is the worst trading card company ever. They have the worst foil wrappers ever. I will not continue to buy any sports card products from Panini ever again. I hope panini loses their license on selling sports cards.

NFT-PaniniAmerica is a scam!

nft.paniniamerica.net/
Avoid scam website packs go up and get sniped instantly.
Nothing sells and it seems to be the same named holders sniping every pack.
I only joined last week opened a couple packs put them up for better than the cheapest prices and nothing crickets.
In comparison to IRL card collecting this is a scam to charge 30$ for a pack of 3 cards not even able to buy at that price as they're instantly sold out.
They tell you to go to the marketplace to buy packs and they have been sniped and resold on the market for 3 times the price. Packs they sell for 30$ get sniped and resold for 3 times the original price definition of a scam, This is a pyramid scheme avoid.
No economy and no packs you could sign up right now and can't buy a single official pack from panini you have to buy from resellers.
