After I placed my order, a staffemail told me there was a problem with it and asked me to make a transfer to a bank account he will sent to me, which really suspicious. or am I being too sensitive? Below is the full text of his email

Thank you for your order. We received an automatic banking alert triggered during the process warning us there's a high chance the transaction may be problematic.
Please let us know if you would like to keep this order as we can send you the bank info to do a bank transfer.
If there is no reply within 2 business days, we will have to cancel the order for you.

Great product supported by excellent customer service.

Bought a Segway scooter via Bunnings Marketplace via their Electric Unicorn shadow company.

Terrible after sales service. Refused to honour any warranty obligations when the Segway scooter failed after 3 weeks.

Sent us to progress it via the manufacturer instead, and then ignored communication when the manufacturer states a refund is required. Daniel Wang then said for us to send the scooter to them, knowing full well the scooter was sent to the manufacturer as requested by them prior.

A company with no physical address, and no method to communicate directly in person or by phone is hiding for a reason.

Refused to fix a robot vacuum cleaner just out of warranty despite very minimal use.

This is the night reading lamp I knew I needed (could not find in stores) however could not find until someone recommended the phone device to me.

Faster delivery than I expected. Daxys OX was well packed no issues. All information provided with bike was great.

Ordered an E-Scooter online. Credit card payment went through, then i was asked to complete a bank transfer to a Commonwealth Bank account. Was also told my shipping and billing addresses didn't match, but they did. Definitely a scam site.

I received my Xiaomi S10+ robot vacuum cleaner earlier than scheduled. It can either vacuum only or vacuum and mop after the installation of the mop pads. It is quieter and has much more suction power (4000pa) than our previous Roomba 530 robot vacuum cleaner. There has no stain or mark after mopping with the rotation of the mop pads and our floors are very clean. It only takes 2 hours to fully charge.

It is very easy to use and very efficient. l am very happy with my purchase

The part arrived in reasonable time (Aust. Post not you :) and worked perfectly.

Ordered 2 Scooters though then, came in a timely manner as expected,
Opened the boxes,
1 scooter works the other is dead on arrival (also a bent brake disk)

Submitted a warrenty claim and took to to their service centre,
They didn’t want to repair the new scooter with 2nd hand parts (which is great and honest of them)

Panmi have been nothing but difficult to get any information from, they only use email, not a single number to be found

They are super difficult when I come to getting this scooter replaced

Would not recommend to anyone
