Didn't work accurately

+ Great product, saliva covid test, easy to use, esp for children. I am still in search for the 'spit' one, this is not quite that, but still not difficult to use.
- Pricey delivery.

The Item took a week to arrive and I paid a ridiculous amount of £15 postage on a 4.99 item, would not recommend

I emailed Multibrands/ Panodyne about an issue i had regarding the packaging,and they promptly replaced the masks. I've never had any issue with the masks themselves, they are very good,and very comfortable to wear. I have ordered many times before. 😀👍

I got everything I needed. Saliva tests for our little one. Nasal swab tests for older family members. Price excellent and not a ripoff unlike a lot of suppliers. Delivery rapid and efficient. Ordering process easy.

paid for 24/48 hr delivery. It was closer to 96. Told hotel to toss.

call to tell me when to expect the order was much too late,not able to cancel an important appointment. No advice has been left to advise me how to make time for another delivery. Can I cancel this order as you can imagine I am not very happy

The multibrands website/Panodyne - website does not list the Main Components of the lollipop test. This is withholding information that a customer in my opinion might want to read before ordering - The Main Components information is on a leaflet in the box - a bit late to find out if you don't use the test immediately and read the leaflet immediately. I was shocked to read on the leaflet these exact words :- The test pad consists of a sample pad, a gold labelled pad, labeled with a gold-labeled mouse anti-human SARS_COV ll monoclonal antibody ll, and a goat anti-mouse IgG antibody.
Had i have seen that on the website, i would not have purchased at the time. Before reading the leaflet I have also ordered today another supply - and have now cancelled my order - i hope Multibrands does actually cancel & refund me .....

Do NOT BUY these. Bought for my 3yr old who hates the nose tests. A doctor friend took a look at the box and said they looked good but ‘always hard to say’. I then got covid and although she was clearly showing signs of having caught it off me she was still testing negative via these saliva tests. She then took a FlowFlex nasal test and it was positive! I have tested four on my self, while testing positive on the FlowFlex tests and every one showed a negative result. I did take the test correctly. My husband is high risk so this is potentially very dangerous for us. Don’t know how they can sell a counterfeit product that could put lives at risk.

The quality of these latest lollipop style Panodyne Saliva Covid-19 test kits isn't up to the standard of the previous spit and test-tube design which worked well. I bought seven and have only used two so far as the first one failed to register anything on the control panel no matter how much saliva I produced and how long I had it under my tongue for.
