I could not find anything less than one star, panos in belgium sint niklaas is absoulotly horrible, bad staff, bad service , you buy a cup of coffe and it is only half full while you paid for the full price. Horrible horibble horrible

It’s not only this time, it is always. Panos is a terrible company and i do not understand how it can be so successful. The sandwiches are expensive for what you get, they are never fresh and they taste like a piece of soggy carton. Even on a well baked stake you have to chew less. The amount of salad they put between your sandwich is the same amount that you find on your plate after eating a GOOD sandwich. You think you can swallow this dry, tasteless thing with a lovely coffee that you bought there? Well good luck because that ain’t gonna happen! It’s water with a brown colour and the taste of coffee powder that already has been used 6 times! Whenever you’re thinking of going there, even if your hungry with a hell of a hangover and you have no other options, just don’t do it! You can better eat your shoe instead.

I visit the Panos store in Aarschot every morning and always wait in the entrance when one or two customers are at the cash register I respect the covid rules perfectly and the moment the two previous customers leave the store a lady quickly slips in who sees me stand and place her order and your clerk immediately wants to fulfill her order At that moment I gasp and inform the saleswoman of your store that every morning, at the entrance, I wait in the same place before I go to the register and place my order The hallway to your cash register is 1.20 meters wide so that someone standing behind the cash register leaving the store would walk right next to me if I were waiting a meter and a half from the cash register Your staff has no sense of assertiveness and for this reason I will never go back to your Panos store I buy sandwiches for 15 euros every working day and wish to be treated equally To vent my displeasure I posted this complaint on my facebook page Never in my live after visiting the store in Aarschot i will visit any Panos store anymore
