Fell for social media ads, received absolute garbage

I ordered 2 pants - “Linen Lowers pack of 2”.
The fabric feels incredibly cheap and rough nothing like linen. The sizing is a complete joke. I ordered both for a size 30, they sent a 30 and a 32 and 32 is somehow tighter than a 30 lmao. Worst of all? The pants have zero tags or branding on them and they didn't even include an invoice or bill in the package.

When I reached out to their "customer support" (which seems to be just one guy), he just kept apologising but refused to fix it or give a refund and from the next day onwards he doesn’t even respond.

Please avoid at all costs, these guys are drop shipping cheap and low quality junk at premium prices
