I don't mean to slander the name but my gosh. I ordered my cases for my Galaxy S2 on Feb. 15th.
The money was taken out of my account Feb. 16th.
I emailed her Mar. 8th since I have yet to recieve my cases.
She emailed me saying she received my payment on the Feb. 16th but didn't mail it out until the 22nd.
WTF?
6 days after you take my money??!?! Seriously? Talk about slow as CRAP.
She kept saying to "be patient since it takes 10-15 business days."
Well, mailed out Feb. 22nd today is Mar. 20th. NO CASES yet.
THAT'S 19 BUSINESS DAYS, my patience is growing sooo thin!
It's freakin' ridiculous.
DON'T ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOU CASES TO TAKE A WHOLE FREAKIN' MONTH TO GET TO YOU. SUCKY SERVICE.

when i placed an order. i got the email. the item was out of stock. i got the refund very soon. customer service is ok. every time, i got the fast reply.
maybe next time, if they have. i will buy again.

I believe this is a dishonest company.....never recieved product will contact bank to reverse charges.

Never received product
Ordered a product on Dec. 27th as a gift for my sister, They state they didn't ship it until Jan. 4th, it is now Jan. 28th. Still without product, asked seller for tracking number. Stated there was none. They then stated it should take 10-14 days to receive from when they sent on the 4th. Done dealing with them, have gone through Paypal to initiate dispute and get money back. Last time I deal with them.

i ordered p7510 bluetooth keyboard case on 15th Nov,,i received it last friday,this is really slow,i know it's not the seller's problem,the post office's delivery efficiency is very very slow now it is christmas rush,so for those reason. i think seller is not bad.
