Customer Service A+!

This may seem like a bad review at first, but read the WHOLE post..
I ordered a rear brace for a Mercedes SLK almost 2 years ago. I was told the product was on backorder of a few months. The product took a lot longer to arrive to them than expected (over a year), and in the meantime I sold the vehicle. They worked with me and we tried to substitute a different product for a car that I had, which they could not obtain either. After some conversation with their customer service, I asked if a refund was possible since I never received any product. They agreed and though it took a little time, I received a refund processing to my bank today! Outstanding customer service in my opinion, being willing to refund something from so long ago. That speaks volumes of their integrity. I strongly recommend them for that reason alone. Papa Smith Custom is led by some upstanding people. Thanks again!

I am puzzled how Papa Smith Customs…

I am puzzled how Papa Smith Customs gets 5* ratings.
My experience was a dismal one, I ordered a set of V-Maxx Lowering Springs for my Capri, which I never received. I was fobbed off with one excuse after another, I must have emailed twenty times at least regarding the non delivery, in the end they wouldn't reply. I asked for a refund many times, they did not answer. Luckily I had paid through PayPal who got my money back after almost three months. My advice is look elsewhere.

We have not used Paypal for years now. This is referring to a very old order of around 4-5 years ago of which you received a full refund and were even offered a free gift as a way of saying sorry for the delay, which for some reason you refused. We have emailed you many times, however you did not respond. Can't please everyone!
