This game preys on people addiction. It most certainly not a way to earn a living. Most of the time you loose the games, occasionally you win but predominantly this take your money. It’s not a game that is fun it is a game that is greedy and takes your money and leaves you frustrated.

Again terrible support and customer service now when I initially had this issue I reach out the support and they got back to me within 6 hours diddent fix what I asked them to do which was change the withdrawal method becuase I don’t have access to the card it bounces back and now it seems absolutely impossible to change but still 0 response since then i have sent about 6-7 follow up emails over about a week haven’t heard a peep I think they hope when they don’t respond you will end up tired of waiting end up getting impatient then play and lose so they don’t have to pay out

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer support provided.

I have been trying to resolve a serious account issue for weeks and have sent multiple emails without receiving any substantive response.

Regardless of the underlying dispute, the lack of communication and failure to engage with customers is unacceptable.

At the very least, companies should acknowledge concerns and provide clear explanations. Being ignored entirely is incredibly frustrating.

Customer support and replies are non existent. There is no way to contact anyone the admins are completely useless. I am taking you to court!!

I hope this review encourages the company to improve transparency and customer communication.

This app has been fined and band in several states. Do not install and use. Papaya uses BOTS and the solitaire game uses AI generated responses to your responses during play. The game does not follow actual gaming algorithms. Playing solitaire follows certain algorithms like counting cards at blackjack which I do and during my play, cards that "should" show up, miraculously do not, and change positions during the draws. I have screenshot several times of starting a new game that from the very beginning has no options to move forward after the first draw of the deck. Do not for any circumstance attach your paypal, or credit card, or bank account to this app. You will never win, and they try to promote bonuses of several dollars here and there that will never pay off.

I would avoid this game app at all cost. Hard to withdraw money, when you start winning all of a sudden the REAL people playing disappear and then the bots start playing. You will always lose, they beat you by no more then 200 points, no club they belong to and always under 30 rank. Pretty bad they have numerous lawsuits against them. Lesson learned I will never play that shady stealing app. It needs shut down.

They give you the colour ball that they want to. When your doing good , they give you the colour you cant do anything with...DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THIS GAME...

Neither Solitaire cash nor solitaire clash and other similar games make you earn money. How would they earn money if you do too? Initially they make you earn a small win after another, after you have certain amount, they make you lose all and then deposit more. The way they do it is they “match” you with players who kinda won more points than you playing the same round. I don’t buy it because say initially you can bit the first place earning say 2000 points and after a while you get to 9000 plus per game and there still os “somebody”or some players who earn the first three four places leaving you with nothing.

All Papaya games are based on the same platform. I played several games and I got the same result. Bottom line: you cannot win money because the algorithm is skewed to their advantage. For example, i played Solitaire Cash for 3 years and could not withdraw any money even After I won $45. Same goes for Solitaire Bingo and Solitaire 21. Stay away.

7/26/25- been waiting since the last note for support to fix in game play. After nearly daily requests with no resolution, this lack of response is unacceptable. The worst support. Don't waste your time, and certainly not your money, with this game!

Started playing solitaire cash days ago. The game started me at level 330!! I notified papaya. No response yet. It's been 2 days now. Tried to reinstall but there is no change. The lack of response is unacceptable.

Never win, absolute scam

It says its skill based so you can get paid but obviously not hundreds of dollars as they advertise it. And you have to put money in to play the cash games. In a tournament I've finished with a really good score and was 10th place showing that I can get $35 by the time its finished I was at 200th place and got nothing 😵 plus when I had $22 in and withdrawn I had $12 it took $1 handler fee and the rest was lost, as it was only bonus cash. So you MUST have some serious skills to win the amount they're advertising. So Shame on all of those, who participate in the ads and lieing to people!!!! scams they are all. Disgusting🤮🤮🤮😡😡😡😤💩

How on earth are these games allowed to be advertised? They are a scam and very misleading and those tacky advertisements and people in them who should really be ashamed of themselves conning people

Never seen such a fraud of a game. Whenever you play for real money you get a rubbish board that cant be cleared and always end up with a rubbish score but whenever you play for gems you always seem to clear the board. Somethings not right there I think. Stay away from here.

Fraud! Customer service never help me. I being making deposits to play, never withdraw a penny and now they don’t want to give me my money back for simple $15 dlls in 5 games pending for results for more than 10 hours. They supposed to give me confidence in the app by helping me. Fraud!

I've won £800 on this game and it was amazing, was playing against real people. But now since they've paid it me, I've won maybe 5 games out of about 100!! Playing against computers who every time get ridiculous scores. When I questioned them about it, they say "we've looked at your account and can see it is correct". It isn't, they've took all the good games off me also i used to have about 9 games to chose from now it is 5? I've even put some money in this game, yes I've won a lot of money on here but they don't like it! They know what you're doing on your account and basically ban you. Don't waste your time, I've got no idea how this is still being advertised on TV!! Surely it's got to be shut down soon, the reviews speak for themselves

I got their Solitaire Cash game through the Samsung Galaxy Store. Reviews cannot be left and they removed money from my bank account without my knowledge or consent.

These games that are offered are a scam and they are not paying players for their winnings I had a incident where I was told that I had multiple accounts and that my account will be closed and I would get my withdraw I sent in to withdrawals and never got any money added to my PayPal account I really need some one or suggestions on file a complaint and lawsuit immediately
