I am not new to trying to build a website so after being disappointed and wasting my time and money with other companies promising to deliver--I was fortunate to find Paperbell advertisement on LinkedIn. I took them up on their offer and I am so glad I did. They have helped me in every way and I am ready to launch my website this month. And one major point I like about them, even tho we are on different time zones, any messages are immediately replied to with an acknowledgement of receipt--I like that. A very innovative business model--always upgrading and adding new tools to assist us in achieving our goals! I love Paperbell! They get 10 stars!

Paperbell is a lifesaver! When I was in school and we had to set up our website for clients they gave us a step by step guide. It was my 1st time and I felt like a pro once I finished the set up and got my 1st client. The client was able to make her 6 week appointments with ease by it being her 1st time. Thank you Paperbell

LOVE LOVE LOVE Paperbell!!! It has simplified my onboarding process with clients and I never worry about scheduling and payment anymore. It's so fun to see the emails notifying me that a client has scheduled a meeting because they have access to book on my schedule without having to contact me first. Paperbell is very user friendly and they excel at keeping things simple, which also keeps things streamlined for me. They keep adding new and supportive features that continue to simplify my business so I can focus on coaching. I cannot believe how affordable Paperbell is for all that I get. I'm so thankful I found Paperbell. It has made growing my coaching business so much easier!

I LOVE Paperbell. It's making my life as a solopreneur coach so much easier. I've been using it for years. I love the look and feel of the platform, it works for 1:1 and for group coachings, and all my clients except for one have found it super intuitive to work with. Plus, the founder is super cool and open to suggestions. They're developing the platform constantly, introducing new features every couple of months.

Such a straightforward, user-friendly set-up and does everything I need it to without over complicating things. Customer support is fast, helpful and cheerful.

It has made the launch of my coaching business seamless!

I seem to have multiple issues with clients booking through my calendar, initiating payments and completing them but able to schedule sessions even when I have my process set up to collect payment before they can book. Support is slow to get back to you. So, as a platform to host my services, it is clean enough but no room for personalizing. And I have to end up booking clients within my own calendar and collect payments manually through invoicing on another processing app. This is cumbersome and I will NOT be renewing my services with them.

I looked at a number of practice management solutions for coaches, and this fits my needs 100%. Some of the other solutions were more than I (or most solo practitioners) need. They're responsive to users, and are constantly improving the product.

I've used Paperbell to run my coaching business for over a year & its made my life so. much. easier. It does nearly everything I'd want an assistant to do. It's just that it's simplistic. As I've been using it, there have been countless times I wished it did x, y, or z (like be able to archive completed coaching programs, keep a record of a client who has unenrolled from a program rather than simply being deleted from the system, etc). Each time I've written in with a request, they're quick to reply, but in all cases they say no. I get the sense they aren't doing much to develop Paperbell & like it how it is. They don't claim to be an all-in-one & they aren't. But what they do offer, is done well & will make your biz run smoothly & feel polished to your clients.

I use this platform to run my coaching business. Everything works really well -- it does what it says on the tin. It makes it so much easier to keep track of who has paid and how many sessions they have, and also to manage the notes & calendar.
