I’ve received my parcel which included no invoice or instructions if I wanted to return anything. One of my main items that I ordered and paid for is also missing. Not good service!

The order never arrived
The order never arrived, although I received an alert to say it had been delivered. I found it very hard to find how to contact paper chase and the delivery is by Amazon Shipping, I eventually found a 'chat' for paperchase, submitted my query, and advised i would have a reply within 3 working days, it is now day 4.... With no correspondence. I spent over £40.00 on sale items to save money! Hah! Majorly cheesed off.

I want to know where my order is and I keep getting emails to ask how am I enjoying my order and how was my experience. I have been a lover of Stationery for years and a loyal fan of paperchase..so sad to see them go! I’m not happy at the poor service or lack of service received on placing an order on the last day of their online shopping.

Order not despatched (updated at end of review)
Placed my order on 17/02 and it has still not been despatched. I have received numerous emails asking for me to review my order but as yet I have nothing to review apart from the dreadful service. I have emailed them politely asking for an update but have not yet had the courtesy of a reply.
UPDATE: My order finally arrived (three weeks after order placed), delivered via Amazon, but I never did receive replies to my two emails. All items accounted for although a couple of white metallic heart gift bags are a bit grubby.
