I’ve been going to Paperdress for almost two years and it’s hands down the best yoga studio I’ve tried! From the first class, everyone made an effort to remember my name and welcome me to each class. The instructors always give different variations suiting different levels and abilities and, no matter the size of the class, I always feel looked after (and always leave with a smile!). The space is lovely and relaxing with beautiful vintage blankets, cushions and eye pillows. It’s reasonably priced, especially considering the level of attention you get. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

I attended 'Hands on Assist Workshop for Yoga Teachers' hosted by Hannah and Flo. The studio has such a welcoming warmth to it, creating a relaxed environment to learn. It was a really informative session, both instructors were generous with 1:1 guidance. The workshop was well paced, we had time to go over multiple asanas, or yoga postures, and we have even been offered a recording of the training to refer back to. I felt well equipped to take my new skills forward to my yoga classes I taught the very next day. Would definitely recommend a workshop at PDY.

Amazing yoga studio in Hackney! Not only is the place beautiful with vintage furniture and decoration, and beautiful props, but they offer a nice variety of classes, the teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful if modifications are needed in certain poses.

One of the best yoga classes in East London! Each class is paced well, instructions are very clear and the environment is peaceful, calm and atmospheric. The teachers take time to oversee all students (and learn their names!) and help out where needed so no matter the size of the class you always feel looked after. Wonderful selection of different yoga classes and all of them are suited no matter what level you are. The price is worth it for what you get compared to other studios in London. Could not recommend this enough!

Paper Dress is hands down the best yoga studio in East London! I've been going to Paper Dress for 4 years now, having practiced yoga in India before and struggled to find a London studio that blended a good workout with a mindful practice. Over the last few years, I've been to Paper Dress classes with multiple teachers (mainly a regular with Hannah and Flo) and through different periods of my life, including pregnancy and postpartum. Classes have really balanced styles to help you stretch and strengthen, and teachers are brilliant at supporting you when you want to push yourself and when you want to take it slow. All classes cater to multiple abilities, and are designed to help you improve your practice without feeling overbearing. The studio has really lovely vintage touches, including lots of helpful props, and online classes are wonderfully personalised too. Cannot recommend it enough!!
