I got a shorts set from paperflow, quality of the shorts and t shirt was 10/10. Customer service was good, letting me know about dates for delivery and got them on the same day. Would deffo recommend

Ordered first week of December money taken and told goods be sent second week of December. Not received, constantly having to seek an update to be reassured would receive for Xmas. No email to advise different! Still not arrived on 23rd no update so seeked another update to be told they will do there best to get it to me in January!! Terrible service taken money right before Xmas and now not going to arrive for a while!

Poor communication. Waiting quite some time for my order and had to make numerous requests to find out where it is? Initial delivery advice was 5-7 business days. After waiting for a month, and still no idea when and if the item was going to arrive, I requested a refund which was processed surprisingly quickly. Would not recommend.

Ordered a tracksuit 5 weeks ago and I still haven’t got any updates on it. I’ve emailed for my money back but no ones getting back to me.

This brand offers very high quality clothing for an affordable price, the owner is very polite and on my case offered one-to-one assistance on entering promotion codes, payments etc.
Furthermore, the delivery process was very easy and quick.
To say the least I am very satisfied with the overall process of my purchase and I would highly recommend as I believe this brand has the potential to go very far!
