Amazing forms, with incredible about of possibilities, infinite possibilities to edit the design, real people in the support team, super helpful and polite.

I switched from Typeform to Paperform because I needed more control over a contact form I had built. The switch has been terrific. Paperform is head and shoulders better in every measurable way, and I loved Typeform, so that's saying a lot. The clincher for me is the live chat they have - their agents are responsive and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

Paperform's reporting is absolute trash. They claim to have matrix questions, but you can't get any of the answers in your reports. They don't even show up in the reports.

If you export your results as an Excel file, they will put EVERY question and answer for one matrix in the same cell. This makes it impossible to do any quick analysis on your answers. Instead, you would have to manually type every single matrix answers into your own Excel sheet or other data platform. Anyone who has ever run a survey understands how insane this is... anyone, except for the people at Paperform.

If you can't analyze your survey data, there really isn't any point in taking a survey, is there? Even Google Forms is a better option than Paperform—and it's free.

Paperform is super easy to use and the customer service is fast, competent and polite.

Paperform as a tool is extremely flexible and powerful. It's fairly intuitive (though building super fancy functionality can get tricky, understandably) and generally pleasant to use. Within the last couple of years, it has surpassed industry-leader Typeform—which I used to regularly evangelize—in its logic capabilities!

But what really sets Paperform apart is the almost-unbelievably-high quality of their Support. I've interacted with the Support team [with a non-Enterprise account] in depth, on numerous occasions, and I have never had anything but a stellar experience. The support team truly takes every opportunity to go above and beyond. In response to particularly challenging customer needs, they often whip up example forms (which can be saved as templates) to share alongside the explanation of their approach. They PROACTIVELY offer ideas, creative workarounds, and 'in case you run into this...' insights—again, jumping at any chance they can spot to add value. They have top-notch customer service and communication skills, they only set expectations they know they will be able to meet (under-promise, over-deliver), and they show their personalities and senses of humor while always remaining professional. I have honestly come away from every support interaction actively happier—not just because I got my answer, but because working with these folks actually brightens my day.

I was making a form when suddenly, Paperform detected that it was suspicious. I panicked a little as I need to finish the form soon. Fortunately, Paperform suggested that I contact their customer support and I was surprised at how fast they replied to my query! Thanks to them, I was able to finish what I'm working on without any issues.

The customer support team is truly outstanding. I've always gotten a response in under 2 minutes, even a Sunday night. Each one of the team members was very qualified and provided excellent support.

Amazing company. Their forms are the state of art of the form. Calculations, equations, various input method, really good UI and UX overall, and the most important part of it, it's their customer support which has been so valuable in all those years we have using Paperform.
We have managed to create paperless business by just using their forms, removing the need to forth and back with printing, scanning, emailing...saving time for our users and ourselves.
The integration with Google sheets makes it even better.
I recommend them to anyone who wants to take their business paperless.

Great Support for a Powerful Product!

Remarkably easy to use and very flexible and the support is just stellar. They seem to have people in all timezones and they work at all hours. It takes very little time to make some really powerful forms. The best product of its kind that I have used.

I was needing a way to score my quiz and Connor immediately stepped in when he noticed that my question was not being answered. He spent over an hour with me, creating the calculations I needed and walked me through the rest of the process. Connor was patient and explained everything with simple language. I now have a lead magnet that is ready to share.
